Nice place.. Penat2 hiking,minum secawan chinese tea sambil layan view..mmg bestt sgt!
Toilet bersih..sikit pesanan buat yg dah sampai ke sana, tlg jaga kebersihan..

Tempat rehat paling menarik dan ada tandas bagi mereka yang nak 'melabur'... Air minuman ada disediakan dan ada sinki untuk basuh pinggan @ gelas. Buleh pergi lagi lepas ni, InsyaAllah...😊

One of the many pit stop when you are hiking in Penang Hill. You can replenish your water supply here or go to the toilet. They also provide table and chair for you to rest. Just make sure to bring all your trash home. The view here during sunrise is splendid. A lot of hikers will stop here to rest when doing the arduous Unicorn trail and the likes.

They call this place the 'Penang Sentral' for hikers since it's where a bunch of different trails meet up, and honestly, I can see why, this spot is pretty amazing. What really surprised me was finding free drinks here, even tea, and the water comes straight from the mountain so it tastes incredibly fresh and clean.

A number of trails you can hike to reach Station 39, trail is not a difficult route to climb from the existing path way laid by trackers. On your way up to Station 39 there's nothing much to see and no views to enjoy plainly is a secondary jungle track. Unlike other open trails where fresh breezy winds lighten the journey here is simply windless even in the morning. The trail to station 39 will be around 45 minutes to an hour to reach depending on the situation of the day and your fitness level.

Reaching Station 39 is a relief where you're able to enjoy the scenic views of the island below at an elevation of roughly 408m above sea-level. A shed built by hikers provides freshly boil Chinese tea, coffee and plain drinking stream water awaits you. Here you'll be able to enjoy the nice cozy mountain air.

This rest station is well kept, with toilet facilities and a shelter to take a breather. Overall the trail up to this Station is quite plain but it have its own thrills and excitement along the way.

If you want to enjoy your foray never come on a weekend because of the overcrowding that will hampered your enjoyment.

The other alternative route you can climb is via the Rifle Range flats route. This route passes Station 21 and 33 along the way. A large portion of the track up from station 21 is by steps. Not a difficult climb but could be more tiring taking the steps instead of tracks. It took me 20 minutes to reach Station 39 from Station 21.

A very popular station for hikers and many reviews had been written about No 39. So I need not repeat what others had review.
But I love this station because of the well kept flowers & veg garden and the view of Penang Bridge.
The path from Rifle Range can be slippery during the rainy seasons because is a tarred road. Whereas the path via No 5 will be a jungle trial and sometimes muddy during wet seasons.
Anyway is a trial worth trying.
