As a Business Administration student with a limited background in HR and logistics, I was provided with structured mentoring that significantly enhanced my knowledge and skills. However, I think the parking area should be improved for better safety, especially during evenings when it gets dark. Adequate lighting, security measures, and visibility enhancements are essential, particularly for ensuring the safety of individuals like women and men.

Besides, if we don’t bring an umbrella, we’ll get wet because the employee parking area is quite far away from the company. Therefore, I suggest installing covered walkways to protect staff from the rain.
