It was a great and pleasant private car service. Timely update on the drivers' and car details prior to actual trip. Drivers were also punctual and helpful. The cars were clean and well maintained. 👍👍 Trustworthy. 👍👍

As agreed upon, Mr Vincent arrived at exact time. He was courteous, helpful and efficient. He even took the time to point out the ticket counter for my ferry to Tioman island and also where to wait. I highly recommend their service!

Reliable and good transport service. I have used their service twice. First time, a return trip from Singapore to Melaka. The 2nd time, a one-way trip from JB to Singapore.
The administrator was very responsive. For both trips, the drivers were punctual, responsive, and care for safety. I will use their service in the future again.

We travelled from Singapore to Malacca city.
We were happy with Zul, our driver.
He was polite, respectful, helped us with immigration. He was a good driver changing the way he drove according to the conditions ( it rained sometimes) and we could relax.
This is the second time we’ve used your service and will continue to do so.

There were so many options, but I took a chance and engaged Nusa for my transportation needs to/fro Malaysia.
I was pleasantly surprised at the highest level of service from the booking office. Every communication was crystal clear, and the assigned drivers could be contacted at any point. Amendments to booking date/timings were also done very swiftly, politely, and without any fuss.
The cars were very clean and well maintained. The Drivers were skilled, patient and extremely polite and did not over speed.
Nusa is my choice and I will not look to others for my transportation needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Nusa to others.

I had a fantastic experience with Nusa transport to Johor Iskandar. They were service oriented and communicative, the drivers were courteous, drove safely, were punctual and gave good advice about the traffic condition to cross the causeway. I worked throughout the commute and got much done!
