AeroCity Express - Alor Setar, Kedah

Selama ni malas nak bagi review di Google, namun untuk kejadian pada hari ini membuatkan saya terpaksa memberi review.

1. Saya menaiki bas dari TBS ke Terminal Shahab Perdana, Alor Setar yang dijadualkan sampai pukul 0600H.

2. Namun, yang menyedihkan apabila driver gagal membuat pengumuman yang jelas setibanya di Shahab Perdana.

3. Saya yang baru pertama kali naik bas dr KL ke Alor Setar agak sukar mengetahui hentian bas mana di kawasan berdekatan Alor Setar.

4. Apabila tersedar dari tidur dalam pukul 0630H, bas telah pun tiba di Kangar. Saya merujuk kepada driver dan dia hanya memberi jawapan seperti 'la awat tak bagitahu yang abang 1st time naik bas ke Alor Setar, boleh saya ingatkan. Abang boleh naik teksi pi Alor Setar'.

5. Mohon syarikat Aerocity, memberi teguran kepada driver yang membawa bas tersebut seperti di gambar untuk penambahbaikan.

Bas tak on time, lewat almost 45 minit without inform, pemandu bas pun tak angkat call, dengan hisap rokok nya dalam bas, dah la tengah jem sakit otak

Aerocity irresponsible and dangerous driving driver. 14/09/2024. Time: 1832. G. Semanggol area to the north. The traffic is very bad due to long weekend and holiday. This driver just impatiently cut the car queue left and right. Pity the passengers in this trip. Shame on the slogan as well "your safety is out priority" 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Will complain to SPAD as well.

Very worse service, the driver and bus itself not a problem but the staff kamarul guy was very rude and did not admit his mistake for mistakenly false buying wrong time ticket for me as i cannot get refund even that his staff false very rude and bad service so far . The kamarul guy - suka anaiya orang betul
I lost rm200 because their staff miscommunication really like to shut off phone during call

Until now i not getting my refund and need to purchase new ticket which cause rm400

1. Bus arrived on time
2. Great functioning air conditioning, feels like daikin cool air straight to face
3. Comfortable seats with working usb outlets
4. Pretty sure wifi is good too, though not using it
5. Fast driver, arrived super earlier than expected time
6. Superb driver, very skilled land pilot
7. Straight to the point, no stops (if request, probably will stop somewhere)
8. Overall, best bus riding experience ever out of all other services
