Tiket bas tulis pkul 1.30 tapi kena naik bas kul stau n last minit inform suruh tunggu tempat lain.... Dalam tiket tulis tnggu bas dekat awana Station

Very bad experience with this bus agent .bought a ticket back to Singapore work .supposed to pick up at hometown ,but bus number was given is not correct bus leave .i wait almost two hour at hometown bus stop .ticket is 8.45 pm .keep calling they say bus number is correct ask me to wait ,but forward me another bus number at 10pm.10plus call again their staff who pick up phone knowing that I not managed to get bus and say will call me again .but when call back was no people answer .next day went to the shop wanted to meet the boss ,staff say have to make appointment .when thing happen “the ball “will go to other people.they not blame their staff ,never give a proper accountability. They only say must say properly to settled thing I think this is joke .money is important, but I cannot using money to buy time although I get back the refund but I need to spend more to buy new ticket and call my boss to apply leave again.Till now they haven give me a proper accountability. I hope this message will alert some people who purchase a ticket from this agent .REALLY VERY BAD SERVICE

Poor Service !! Bus Journey From Kedah Alor Setar to Singapore Golden Mile. When bus arrived woodlands custom then MIA. All the passengers waiting there for the bus but bus never pick up passengers after custom without any info !!!
A service line travel agency provided this kind of service better go and check & investigate your driver !! Customer paid for the ticket but haven’t arrived destination bus MIA !!!
