Banyak2 penginapan sini lagi best,, tunggu punya tunggu dapat rumah sampai 6 bulan dah stay penginapan pindah2,, first surya kat tepi highway sana best ,, so tgok cabang sini pun ada,, tak rugi,, pekerja ok ,, semua layan baik,, last tak nak pindah stay sini je,, sampai dapat rumah 🤣 tiap hari lalu tangga wangi,, seronok la ❤️ pernah wifi problems trus dia org buat agar customer tak kecewa ,, Minus cuma tiada tisu je 😬 tapi ok la saya boleh beli kedai 2 rm ❤️👍👑👑

This place is a BIG FREAKING JOKE. An absolute insult to Malaysian hospitality. Unhelpful counter staff. Smelly rooms. Undseviceable TV. Tattered dirty bath towel. Yuks!!!!
Simply put; don't even go near the place. Seriously.

I booked and paid online in July 2022. When I showed up, I was confident that I had a room. Not so. First thing the guy at the counter (which looked like a pajak gadai one) said to me when I went in is--penuh. I had to show him the email confirmation before he got out his book and jotted down my details (which means my earlier booking was non-existent). Then, he gave me a room (despite telling me at first they were all full).

I went in, took one look at the room which didn't look like it had been cleaned before my arrival, and decided to check out within a minute. The bathroom was wet, indicating that someone had just taken a bath there. And there was no window despite the stated street view in my booking. All this made me think this wasn't the room I had reserved, and it's probably a spare one for the staff or some last-minute couple who want a quick romp (yes, it's an hourly hotel, starting at 2 hours, which I only realised after I saw the information at the 'pajak gadai' counter.)

I didn't feel comfortable at all from the moment I showed up (one of the men behind the counter was giving me a kind of look, as if wondering what my game was) and knew I would not be able to sleep that night.

BTW, I just realised Agoda never published my review. That was my other mistake-- relying on Agoda reviews, which were all unbelievably favourable (with "very good" in general, and words like "excellent" and "best ever budget hotel", with no details).
