I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation toward your employees at Asian Tigers Group, Port Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. I had my shipments delivered this month - 15th April 2025.

I enjoying the professionals communication and conversations with your representatives. Each time, my emails has been wonderful replied, every calls “greeter” is warm and energetic, and the Import Coordinator is nurturing and efficient. I’ve been “served” with the greatest amount of hospitality and warmth, and each emails and calls make me feel quite special and recognizable.

Each staff is extraordinary well-versed in their tasks and job perspectives. This fine lady – Ms. Rita Anthonysamy (Import Coordinator ) is congenial, affable, considerate and dedicated to her customers. As a Management Team for International Company, I am acutely aware of the importance of customer service. Ms. Rita Anthonysamy is a Asian Tiger Group employee who should continue to rise within the company’s ranks, as she is a Import Coordinator model, harmonizing a full brand knowledge base at the tip of his fingers with the art of accommodating the customer’s needs and wishes. Coupled with his extraordinary business acumen, Rita has a great talent to work vigorously and effortlessly simultaneously. She has a charming demeanor (pleasant) that augments his expertise and professionalism.

The delivery guys were outstanding, they deliver the 23 huge and heavy boxes to 1st floor and verified the items in perfect condition.

Thank you Rita and all (Ms. Angela Subramaniam & 2 Movers / Delivery Indian Guys) and for making my shipments and Communications memorable and pleasant.

We had Asian Tigers as our professional mover and they did exceptional job. We relocated from Bangalore back to KL. Bangalore staff which is write relocation pack our stuff nearly, not one item damaged! Asian tiger took this on in KL and help us unpack 70% of our boxes, assemble our furnitures etc… they ensure house is clean afterwards too! Highly recommended

My experience with Asian Tigers Malaysia was excellent and totally satisfying, from the beginning until the end, each stage of work was very systematic and arranged accordingly. Ms Nor; company representative whom I liaise with, consistently maintained a calm and professional yet cheerful interaction throughout the whole process, and also very helpful as I did have a specific request that is no unpacking to be done because I have a newborn baby present at my new home. The staffs in which being assigned to be the handler of my household items on the agreed moving day also did not dissappoint. They sorted and packed all the items properly into boxes in a manner that will ease searching and unpacking once needed. Although they were tired, they were always friendly and accommodating to all my requests, and their swift and efficient work was worth mentioning. Money was absolutely well spent with the service provided, and I will surely not hesitate to contact Asian Tigers Malaysia again when needed in the future.

Our move with Asian Tigers has been a delightful and stress free experience which surpassed our expectations and assured us that we have chosen the best moving company. The team of Asian Tigers worked in a very professional, coordinated and diligent manner to ensure that we did not face any difficulties during the move. It was very evident from the moment when Debbie visited our home for the survey that they have a well established system as the estimate was very accurate, quotation was provided within 1 day and all the queries we had were answered promptly. Our special requests were noted carefully and ensured that the notes of our discussion during the survey were communicated to the packing team. The quotation was very reasonable and the contract and other attachments were very easy to follow and complete.

The packing team led by Mr. Murugan was the best team we could have wished for our move. It was very clear from the beginning that they had a wealth of packing experience and had worked with each other for years and hence our work was well planned, communicated and executed to perfection. At no stage we felt the need to intervene or direct the entire process. In addition to being punctual and extremely hard working, the team was very courteous and professional in their conduct. We had time to relax, sleep and watch tv till the last day of the move all thanks to the well executed plan. All items were packed and labelled professionally, workplace was cleaned every evening before the team left and packed boxes were kept neatly so that they do not obstruct the walkways. The team did not enter our home with shoes and ensured that cleanliness is maintained to a very high level. Debbie even found time to visit us to ensure all was going on as per the plan despite her busy schedule.

We would like to thank Asian Tigers for such a wonderful experience of packing and shipment in Malaysia and would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who is considering International or domestic moving. We wish their team success and good luck as we look forward to receipt of our goods and settling down in the new country.

Booked the services of Asian Tigers for the relocation of my household from Kuala Lumpur to Izmir recently. I had previously used Asian Tigers for a move within Kuala Lumpur and they completed this job fast and efficiently. For my latest move, what stood out was the the ease of communication from the very beginning - particularly with Debbie - and her support and proactive approach at every level of the process. Despite being the end of Ramadan period, the packing/wrapping process was handled very efficiently and with the necessary care for a wide range of items, including artwork.
