Service slow, dari Pukul 9 malam naik bas, pkul 2 ptg baru smpai .. sbb tunggu driver tidur!? driver hisap rokok dalam bas!!!

I looked at the review first before bought the ticket, so I was not expect more.
But end up, it was not that bad though. Firstly they will ad you in WhatsApp group to make sure you alert the arrival of bus. Then, they stoped at rnr and mosque to pray. The driver is quite nice and drive well. He made sure everyone already in the bus.

But the flaw is he didn't tell me earlier that the bus changed the drop off location. So I had to call my parents about it and waited for them. That's it.

All in all, such a good experience.

Bus arrival supposed to be 9.15pm but end up arrived at 10.00pm. Called the person in-charge, and they answer us rudely and impolitely. Bus came with a different name called "Sawani", causing us unnecessary confusion with the bus nametag. Asked us to wait at roadside pasar malam and asked us to wait them blindly without knowing the bus plate number.
