Sila berhati hati sebelum memilih syarikat ini sebagai agensi pelancongan anda. Saya telah di tipu oleh pihak mereka untuk tempahan percutian bersama Genting Dream Cruise pada 8 march 2020. Mereka tidak ingin memulangkan bayaran saya sedangkan mengikut pihak agensi pelancongan yang telah saya tanya, kebanyakkan dari mereka memang sudah menulangkan bayaran pihak pelanggan. Pihak cruise tidak memegang duit pelanggan tapi mereka berkeras mengata tempahan saya masih ada. Saya hubungi melalui email, WhatsApp dan telefon tiada yang membalas. Tidak apa saya akan membuat aduan pihak polis dan tribunal untuk hak saya. Masa minta bayaran bukan main manis mulut tapi bila keluar masalah semua mulut masin terkunci rapat..

An amazing and memorable holiday for both myself and my hubby. Our second holiday with Airlink. First was the Genting Cruise (2 years ago-just after MCO). Our most recent trip was to Danang (5D4N). Trip was well planned. Our guide John and Ah Ming was knowledgeable. Both of them made sure not only do we enjoyed our trip, most important we are safe as well. Itinerary was just nice. Not too hectic. Food wise. Mostly good. Can be improved though. Accomodation wise. Ok. The last night in Hoi An was the best! Hubby and myself would definitely patronise Airlink again. Thank YOU.

Our trip to Harbin, China, was nothing short of amazing! From the breathtaking views of the snow-covered landscapes to the perfectly organized schedules, every moment was a delight. The stunning Ice and Snow Festival, coupled with the charm of Harbin's culture and cuisine, made this trip unforgettable.
A huge part of this incredible experience was thanks to our outstanding tour guide, Jason. His thoughtfulness, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the area turned a great trip into an extraordinary one. Jason went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, always putting our comfort and enjoyment first. His warm and helpful nature made us feel right at home, even in the chilly Harbin weather.

Amazing experience in Korea! Never expect to see cherry blossom in Seoul though it was the only limited place for an exclusive view!

It's all thanks to our tour guide who gave us such a great guide to see the greatest view in my life in Korea.

Our family had an amazing experience exploring Harbin, and it was all thanks to our exceptional tour leader, Jason. His warmth, dedication, and attention to detail made the journey smooth, even with the extreme weather conditions we encountered. Jason went above and beyond to ensure that everyone, especially the elders and those feeling unwell, was comfortable and well-cared for throughout the tour.

The trip also featured a delightful array of delicious dishes that gave us a true taste of Northeast Chinese cuisine, enriching our understanding of the local culture. Local guide Xiao Shu further enhanced the experience with her extensive knowledge, providing insightful commentary on each destination's history and traditions.

The entire trip was flawlessly organized and truly unforgettable. We highly recommend it to anyone eager to experience the charm and culture of Harbin!
