Very bad experience at Pearl swimming pool . The lady work at the pool was very rude. She even yelled at customer's children. The bad review on the internet comments was true. Not recommend go bring kids to the pool anymore. Very strict like people cannot enjoy their moment or holiday . What kind of pool is that 😌 . Overall is ok .

Rooms were ok.
The aircon was not working in one of the rooms.
Water pressure is very low.
We were not allowed to access swimming pool due to restrictions in attire. The lady in charge don't even allow jersey clothes.
The place is good and worth staying with friends / family.

The only thing that bothering is that we need to use proper attire cause not everyone have that swimming attire to bring when holiday. It really not necessary to use swimming attire, the service are fine. No wonder the swimming pool are empty
