worst courier services ever. i dont know why people want to use their services. Tracking said 3/1/2025 parcel arrive in Miri, but until now NO deliveries. When go to their shop, always close.

Parcel have arrived at Myy on 28-12-2024 but till now 7-1-2025 I haven't received it, the services is too too slow. Call multiple times also no one pick up.

from west Msia took a week,miri-lbg more than 3 days..havent receive parcel

Tracking update almost none, not useful at all. Not every drop point have status update. KL to Miri, only have Shah Alam and Miri update 👍🏼 Better to avoid this courier service for sending your valuable parcels.

Call their customer service for an hour, no one answering. Call Miri branch, no one pick up. Whatsapp the person in charge (number found on main website), no reply. Send email, no one reply. 7 days no update since "in transit to Shah Alam". Facebook page also dont have.
