Saya tunggu bus PJ01 kat bus stop PJ state depan pizza agak2 dari pukul 1 ke Taman Medan tapi dah dekat 1jam. bus first saya masi boleh maaf lagi sebab saya faham bus tu penuh . tapi bila bus kedua datang straight je saya nampak bus tu tak penuh pun. tak berhenti langsung . saya terus surrender naik grab je walau pun mahal. tapi kesian budak sekolah sebelah saya tu laa bawah panas pula dah lama tunggu bas.

I couldn’t get the clear picture of the bus number or the driver face. He stopped the bus for dropping a Malaysian and when he saw me as a foreigner (who just waved to stop) and went running to catch it the bus driver suddenly put the accelerator and left off. This kind of attitude and behavior are so racism. Ultimately god will judge everyone and take care. Stop judging book by its cover or its appearance.

In the hot scorching weather, the driver is sitting inside the bus with air con. Why can't he let all the passenger in instead of waiting under the hot sun? Have some common sense. It doesn't cost you extra. There are young children and elderly. Mangkok betul

During normal days, PJ02 service is 3 to 4 stars. Told passengers that PJ02 bus service will stop for 1 hour (630pm to 730pm) due to jam - what kind of reason is that? Hence 2 stars.
I waited since 530pm but 6pm bus never came (maybe due to jam) then at 630pm the bus captain told will stop for 1 hour.

HONESTLY THE WORST BUS SERVICE EVER. I was waiting for PJ02 bus at 3:04 pm on 2/9/2022 at Flat Seksyen 17 (Selatan). That bus arrived on time but skipped my stop when the bus driver literally noticed me standing there but still ignored and never stopped at my bus stop. Whoever responsible for this, please take action. There are a lot of people out there like me who relies on this bus service for daily transportation.

Bus never came 😭 PJ03. Usually I take the first bus early morning to lrt every morning at 6:10am. But yesterday 19/12/2021 didn’t come. Waited for whole 1 hour. At last I took Grab and I was very late for work. The bus also frequently late and the time arriving and leaving schedule also very inconsistent. How to depend on a public transport like this..cause me late for work everytime. Please improve so we citizens can use the service without any issue like this..

I'm frist time to taking pj05 at one utama by 9pm and I never know the last station will be taman bahagian lrt.

Then the driver just scold me why didn't ask
Anything. Halo? You as a driver, you also have to let your customer know that your last station will be where,not scold customer!!!
Please pay attention and settle this problem.

I really don't know why a driver can scold customer!!!
