2nd Visit
Aircond of my myvi not cold. Checked and the fan is not running. Changed the fan and voila my car is cold again. Price is reasonable.

1st Visit
Had overheated cracked radiator on my myvi. Changed my radiator and voila my car works like wonders. Price is quite reasonable.

To be honest, I didn't seek out the services of the old man mechanic. Instead, I looked for Ah Kam the wireman.

He may be a senior, but he is very knowledgeable in wiring issues. He repaired my near-dying alternator for a fraction of what I would've paid for a useless recon alternator.

Ah Kam is parked in the same shop as Poh Auto Service.

I want to give 0 star but 1 is the lowest

This shop is sooo sad, it's laughable how terrible the service are, the owner, POH is the old man who runs the shop, he's so bad at his job that im crying at how he manipulated me.
I send my car to this shop because it has some problem in one of the gear box's part (just know it because i send it to get fix in another shop).
First time i send my car he said that the fuel pump is the cause of the problem, I was charge almost 1k for it and got my car fix but then it broke again, I send it to him cause i have warranty. Then he told me i have a wiring problem (Still didn't relate to the problem at all), than charged me 200 for the fix

My car also got parked at the sketchy alley behind his shop and he broke my front bumper and didn't want to took the blame for it

My car then broke down again with the same problem and he told me that i have to change my ECU, (still had no connection to my overall car problem which is the gearbox). He try to be petty and humble me to change the ECU for around 1500 which I kindly declined because i know something is very fishy.

Finally I send my car to some trusted mechanic at my hometown and they fix the problem which is the some parts of the gearbox. The mechanic also told me that all the problem that i send to poh shop is unrelated to my car problem

The old man is very bad at his job, he tried to act tough first then become petty after a while so you feel bad for him and paid for your car to be fix poorly. This shop is one of the worst experience i ever got in my life.

NOT RECOMMENDED PLEASE GO TO OTHER TRUSTED SHOP

They don't understand what they are doing. They will recommend all the expensive part for change. Your final bill will be very much higher than initial quotation...I find it very suspicious..go in for normal basic service and he will tell u everything is spoiled and wanna charge u for changing parts. Ridiculous

Went to this shop to check on my car that giving unusual sound. Then the old man mechanic told me is timing belt. After agreed on the price I ask him to go ahead to repair. And to my surprise he drove my car at the back of his shop where his 2 foreign workers(i think is from Myanmar) start working on my car. After waited for 1.5 hours then I start the car the sound is still there. And I ask the old man after changing the timing belt as he suggested to change the problem is not solve. Then he ask his foreign workers to dismantle again and check and found actually is the water pump causing the sound. Then additional money to fork out. And waited another 2 hours finally done. Here the disappointment part after driving for 2 days found my car intermittent engine shut down while driving. Then I went to repair shop near my place and the mechanic found out is the cause of diligent workmanship by this shop ( poh auto service ). The crank sensor touches on of the engine belt and keep grinding the cable was "eaten" cause the power insufficient to engine board. Check out the screenshot of the cable. Never trust shop with foreign workers especially comes to car repairs. Think twice before sending your car to this shop. If you can accept half past six workmanship.

Im having aircond issue with my car today and lucky to meet Paul to check the problem. Within few minutes he conclude the issue is with the thermostat jammed. Once he fixed it and added the gas, everything is back to normal again. You really save my day👍

Reasonable price. There are 2 elderly mechanics. One is quite skilled but the the other one tends to make mistakes while repairing the vehicle. Otherwise they are quite friendly

Good mechanic. Messy workshop but he gets the work done. Trustworthy & doesn't overcharge.
