En Halim was extremely helpful and expedited our requests. Great service and punctual boat rides to and fro Redang island from Merang Jetty. Highly recommended.

I was taken for a cruel ride this morning of 30th May 2024.
Booked all my transfers from Merang jetty to Redang jetty thru Vigourmarine, on the return leg, i informed them to be on time, as i had a tight schedule,between their boat arriving at Merang jetty, and my flight dep from TGG.At 9.02 am the boat left Redang for Merang. We arrived at Merang about 13 mins beyond the scheduled arrival of 9.45am, we were stressed. My taxi was luckily waiting at the jetty, now, as i hurl the luggage into the cab , a man walks upto to me with a couple of cronies and says you need to pay the fare all over again as you have boarded the wrong boat, or else i will not let you go!! I immediatly called the contact person Raya (+601112038387) at Vigourmarine, who was coordinating all my bookings, including snorkeling at Redang etc, THRICE, and she would not lift my call, i understood she was mixed up. Now i had to choose whether to fight this out risking my flight or pay up to this team of blackmailing manupilators, i paid the full fare for 3 of us, all over again.
I have tried contacting her post that to discuss a resolution,and and she refuses to take my call or reply to my messages.
I will also be filing a complaint with the local authorities, whom i am making a list off, with relevent contact points.
Their business runs on tourists , who trust them by paying in advance so they dont encounter trouble later, but these people look how to take advantage of tourists, in my case my weak spot was my schedule and they cornered it.
Be careful all you travellers to Redang, there are some dark handlers out there, Raya at Vigourmarine Malaysia is one to be definetely careful off.
