surprise to see theres so many 5 stars reviews because I'm already worked up before I begin my trip! Ask for aisle say can accommodate but at the end don't even bother to serve their customer. Been to many tours. This is by far the worst experience. I can't wait to give this review even before I start my trip!!!

I was desperately trying to book accommodation for 10 people for Malacca at the the beginning of December school holiday. Miss Siew was very patients and helpful to get me all the rooms I needed at the E-Red Hotel. I was very happy with both,
I still could not work out why I could nit receive Miss Siew s email that was sent to me and I had to to see her personally.
She is experienced, helpful and kind, I will go to her anytime..

Asked for airplane booking service to Singapore through phone call, got poor respond and service from the lady, she didn't know about the rules and regulations of travelling to Singapore but questioned me as if I was too naive and my travel plan was ridiculous. Before end the phone call, she was talking to her colleague and mocked me "this girl too young and she thinks as if she got money then can straight travel", "how she even can get Sg PR". In the end, I booked the plane ticket by myself. I thought a travel agency can provide a professional service as recommended by a company secretary but the lady can't even catch up the latest news related to the tourism industry and can't provide a professional help. Please research yourself first before asking your potential customers to research themselves and act like you are the right and clever one. And also don't bad-mouth your customers if you don't want end the call 🙂
