Our tour package promised accommodation in “4-star” hotels, but the reality was far from it. The hotels we stayed in were located in remote suburban areas, clearly converted from old office buildings. Only a few floors were actually used for guest rooms, and the rest looked abandoned. The occupancy rate was shockingly low, and we barely saw any other guests during our stay.

One of the most suspicious parts: these hotels cannot be found online, their reviews are turned off, and they are not available for booking on any major platforms.

Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in any hotel — steamed buns, sweet potatoes, eggs, and some fried noodles — more like a makeshift setup for our group only, not an actual hotel breakfast. The whole experience felt staged and misleading, like we were placed in ghost hotels just to cut costs. We definitely felt cheated.

They cooperated with travel agency from Thai. Things on Thai side was the worst but Msia side was better.

Pros:
1. Food provided (1 meal) in Msia was good
2. Good service by tour leader from Msia

Cons:
1. Every meal (2 meals) provided in Thai was so stingy - each dish was extremely small. 12 people but dishes provided enough for 10 pax only. Every person can only have one small scoop of each dish only. If you wait for a few minutes it will be all empty. Not full! 吃不饱!! plus our group consists of mostly elderlies who can't eat much, can you imagine how small the dishes are?
2. Dining table was small for both meals and it is hard to squeeze in. We requested to separate table but the tour guide from Thai didn't allow (the dishes are too small to separate)
3. Food in Thai was not nice as well. Well, we like Thai food but the tour guide just didn't bring us to have those famous & tasty food (maybe they want to save money so they can earn more)
4. Thai tour guide was not passionate in her job in introducing us the places. She just walked through by herself mumbling without noticing where we were. And she seems like keep on rushing so that she can finish work early. Very cincai and irresponsible.
5. Driver in Thai was missing after having dinner. He didn't have mobile phone thus uncontactable. Eventually we waited for more than half an hour for him to arrive. When we complained, the Thai tour guide even said the waiting time is not long. 还帮他说话 Speechless!
6. No wifi in hotel. This was a wow for me. Which hotel has no wifi nowadays?

All in all, don't follow their tour to Thailand unless they changed their Thai travel agency. This was the worst experience following a tour. Overpriced and totally not worth it.

This is the worst trip I've let my kid be on.. I wasted so much money to let my kid have fun but when my kids came back from the trip he was crying to me telling how the tour guide was scolding him the whole time even though he did something very small, for example he lost his hat and they were screaming and embarrassing him in front of everyone.. He also told me half of the trip was just taking pictures and lining up, I request you to not let your kid go on this trip cuz it's trashy
