Overall the only thing I enjoyed in the trip was seeing the ancient temples, sceneries and cable car ride. Besides this, it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me .

I had the Worst trip ever to Nepal and I am a person who travels for a living so I know bad trip when I see one. Wasted days travelling by road(bad road condition) . Did not give detailed itinerary until we reached destination . Would have definitely not paid to join this tour package if I received the detailed itinerary before hand. Trusted blindly and got cheated . Selection of hotels were terrible. no hot water at selected hotel in jomsom (temperature was -7) . Daily same food - not great. Terrible diarrhoea after BBQ party. Alcohol arranged for guys but for ladies nothing Daily lunch was way past lunch time like 3-5pm was the time we were given lunch. Holiday became like bootcamp , just eat what you get and just sleep at whatever the hotel conditions is because you’re too exhausted from the by road travelling .

Wildlife park had nothing.. they were even cutting the trees- definitely no animals will be coming out when there’s so many human activities on going.

bus seating- if you’re stuck at the last row you rather just get run over the bus because it was painful to sit at the last row . We constantly had to take anti nausea medication to avoid vomiting in the bus .

Not to mention post trip the reason I am leaving this google review is because , when feedback was given to the agent Santhi, she was very rude and told us off saying “if don’t like then next time don’t come, I have other groups and not depending on this group alone” where is the evaluation of customer feedback and satisfaction ? Is this how you run a business? By being rude to your customer? We paid for this trip .. no discount and not freeloading. If your profit is low margin then it is not our problem because we didn’t ask for discount, it is your planning . We are your customer, please remember we have consumer rights . Good for you that you have other groups ,however it’s good to remember that today you may have people to join you , tomorrow you may not ..so humility is imperative for a business owner.
