recommended. bilik cantikk & bersih. modern style. sangat worth it. bilik kecik. sesuai utk 2 org. tak sesuai utk family. location hotel yg strategic. dkt dengan tempat makan, dobi, diy. tak pening nk cari barang keperluan & makanan. ada smart tv. boleh login netflix. so, tak bosan sangat klu ddk dkt dlm bilik. wifi laju.

The best hotel i ever stayed in Tawau. They always try to accommodate my requests. Very strategic location. 2 mamak stalls that open 24 hours and next to it is a huge supermarket. Clean hotel and the staffs are friendly. Would not look for any other place to stay in Tawau.

Location is good. Convenient. Nearby can easily find restaurant. Just the parking issue, spent some time to find a parking spot. Nice design. Please improve on the blanket you provide. The size is not match with the mattress size. Also the shampoo and body shampoo has no place to put at the shower area. At least also install a rack? Overall experience 4/5. Will book this hotel again.

The hotel staff were very supportive. After we arrive at night time, the staff took us to find an ATM to withdraw cash and even helped us upgrade and change rooms, which we really appreciated. The size of the loft room was larger than expected, making it spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults. However, it seems the hotel may be understaffed, as they weren’t able to thoroughly check the facilities in each room. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive to the airport and easy to reach by Grab.

stayed here 3rd time, good location nearby to food stalls & supermarket. room is spacious and clean, comes with fridge and smart tv.downsides:1. smart tv netflix need to use own account2. shower didnt come with rack to hold your shampoo/soap. need to walk out of shower to get.

Had problems with the AC upon checking in and thankfully was given another room although it was during peak season. Overall would definitely give a thumbs up for the location with many eateries and shops nearby bt the biggest downside was the small steps in the middle of the room. Wouldnt be convenient for whoever is having walking difficulties and had to be cautious for someone who may need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The best hotel so far in tawau. This is twice I booked this hotel and satisfied with the service and cleaness of the hotel. I am very picky choosing hotel but this one I can says recommended and comfortable.
