首先要说的是V travel公司，几个月前就要求完整的行程，可是到了中国给的行程纸都是错的，搞到我们都很乱，因为要知道地点来配衣服，希望能拍美照留念啊，然后住的地点不完善，因为有几天没包晚餐，那是不是应该安排住宿靠近夜市或比较有餐馆的地点？而我们住的附近只有一间很小的超市。其他的都要走很远。然后v travel 工作人员加入whatsapp group 更本没讲过一句话。
其次就是领导，作为一个领导是不是要顾及顾客要求，而不是你公司的sop，我们是家人团没有外人，所以不需要的行程如果顾客不想去就不去呗！为什么一定要跟领导的想法做事?还是领导自己想去？（因为他没去过上海）我在想马导是不是应该跟中国导游好好合作把我们的旅团带好，你没经验没关关系那就听听中导意见，不是要你去投诉中导，顾客对中导都没意见，反而觉得他安排很可以，因为他会听到我们的想法。你可以聪明，可是请别假聪明，别把你所谓的尽责和自己的想法正确化！

这是一次很不开心的旅程……就是因为在Matta Fair听你（导游）讲解说你带老人很有经验，可以在迪士尼帮我们照顾我们家的老人我们才决定选择你开这个团。一开始我们已经告诉你我们一家人老小全部24人，不要太赶的行程，然后？说好的不赶行程呢？说好的特别定制的行程呢？说好会在迪士尼照顾老人呢？行程表等到要出发的前几天才给我们，我们要换行程都不能了！出发时发给我们的行程表和前几天的给的都不一样……😔早上6.30的飞机，让我们12.30am去机场，说怕会塞关卡，以防路上发生什么意外，1.30am到机场，结果让老人在机场等了几个小时，导致睡眠不足！我们的建议一点都不采纳也不问我们的意见，一直坚持自己什么SOP!!!我只想问你们，你们的SOP不是顾客为先吗？是导游自己为先？？？去到中国也不和那里的导游好好沟通，我们都没投诉中国导游，自己去投诉，你有问过我们的意见吗？有问过我们食物的分量是否足够吗？自己做主意帮我们加，我们都不需要，导致我们吃不完，浪费食物！！！！我爸爸在迪士尼胃痛需要你的帮忙你在哪里？打电话没接也没打回给我们！从头到尾我并没有去旅行的快乐，只有怨气😡，就是拿钱买罪受！回到机场也没和司机沟通好，害我们走来走去找司机，还被你们的司机骂！#@¥！🤬🤬🤬halo，是你们没沟通好为什么我们要承担这一切？？我们是给钱的，为什么搞到这么狼狈？司机又没礼貌，和我家人讲话大小声，限制他们开冷气……是怎样？冷气不是拿来给人用的？真的是很糟糕的经验，公司与导游的专业我都没体会到👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The trip we signed up with VTRAVEL for wasn't up to standard, 5 star hotel as advertised but given 4 star hotel instead for a few arrangements.

The counter staff was friendly but what was written was not delivered. The dining experience through the trip was 50 % bad , 50% good.

Bad experience with V Travel. Contact for Batam 3d2n package, travel agent failed to check and advise customer to renew passport eventhough passport valid is more than 6 months. At last customer cannot on board and forced to go back home with this kind of absurd reason. Holiday mood gone.
Asking for refund on the spot but wait for more than a week with several follow up. Please be professional when dealing with customer complaint.

Your bus driver just bulldozed his bus and hit our back of the car just because he wants to go towards the left lane..such dangerous, reckless, rude and selfish driver. Please take action against him.

Bad experience with tour guide Amelia Lim from Kluang Branch. Do nothing, no knowledge and no experience. Stand as statue. My mother slip from staircase, no show any care help. Never help carry baggage or carry the wheelchair. Even wheelchair arrangement in airport also cant do well.
