Decided to drop this 5 star review just because I think this is one of the best gyms in Sibu. First of all, it’s tons of fresh air from the outside which most gyms in Sibu do not have.

Second they have a free area for you to stretch and do abs exercise which most of the gyms in Sibu do not have. They also have kitchen for you to sit down and eat your protein which is a huge plus.

They also have tripod for you to record your session! The opening time is 8am which is great!!! They renovated the gym and now they have a lot of really good machines covering all body parts. The best part here is none of the machines are broken. They’re all functional and super clean unlike some other gyms here.

It was quiet in the morning time too and after going to 5-6 gyms in Sibu I think this is definitely the best one! The walk in fee is RM20.

Price is affordable. There's a lot of equipment here. It's little rusty but most importantly , it is still functioning well. The aerobic sessions are cool. The gym vibe is good. Highly recommended for new comers

It's not entirely the gym's fault for not racking the weights. The cover picture itself shows the mess. It'd be more epic if everyone just put back everything to where they belong.
