We had an extremely enjoyable family vacation to Ipoh & Cameron Highlands recently. We were presented wit a flexible suggested itinerary which our guide/driver was ever willing to alter to accommodate to our preferences. Alex provided a top notch service to a bunch of seniors plus an only young lady amongst us! Most importantly Alex was very professional in his driving skill n safety on the road. We engaged the services for our cycling trip to the West Malaysia Eastern Coastal areas from 19th to 25th June 2025.

We found the drivers are well prepared, knowledgeable and punctual from pick up to our named destination. They do not speed and abide by the traffic regulations. They also know the areas well and always ready to address any query we have.

He was sincere, down-to-earth, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Great experience with MST Transport team. From the administration Clare, to the driver Nizam and tour guide Philip. All were so nice and prompt to replies and guidance. Main thing is, their price was the cheapest among the 7 quotations I found.

This was our first JB trip in a team of 26, and the whole process were so smooth. They were even okay to accommodate to our impromptu request of 30 minutes shopping at a mall few minutes drive away. Bus was very clean, seats were spacious, air-conditioning was super cold for the super warm weather. Bus ride was smooth. Will sure to book this team for future rides to Malaysia!

She was very friendly and professional, knew the roads well, and drove safely and smoothly, which we really appreciated with our young kids in the car. I have booked a family trip fr sg to melaka via MST. I have to mention that customer service is really good. Clare will keep you updated on the status without the hassle of keep asking for it. The drivers Alex and Yoong are excellent as well. They will provide a small tool for us to step down whenever we alight from the mini bus to prevent us from falling. I highly recommend their services.
