Our recent bus trip from Georgetown to Genting Highlands with BEH Travel (booked via easybook.com and apparently affiliated with or the same as Sinarmas Travel) was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized.

One day before departure, a representative reached out via WhatsApp to confirm our pickup time and location. This thoughtful touch was reassuring and helped set a positive tone for the journey. On the day of travel, a BEH employee personally walked us to the bus, which was parked just around the corner from their office at Prangin Mall (a few doors down from CIMB Bank).

The bus itself was a large, modern coach with comfortable seating. The seats offered generous recline, footrests, and extendable leg rests—perfect for a long-distance ride. One of the best features was the abundance of charging options: each seat had 2 USB ports on the back, and each row had an additional 220V power outlet and 2 more USB ports on the wall (shared among three seats). This made it easy to keep all our devices powered throughout the trip.

While there was no free WiFi or onboard bathroom, the journey was broken up nicely with two scheduled 10-minute bathroom breaks, spaced about 90 minutes apart. The bus also departed right on time, which we appreciated.

Overall, we were very pleased with the experience and would recommend BEH/Sinarmas to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable way to travel from Penang to Genting Highlands.

Hatyai 回槟城 VKA 3888真的不适合拿来载长途，座位特别窄又挤，脚都伸不开，冷气又不冷，热到我需要用自己的手持风扇来吹，整辆车又很晃又很多噪音，建议下次可以少接点顾客，至少有点空间。
至于从槟城去hatyai 的CFB 3888，这辆van 就很舒服，座位舒适宽敞，司机人又很好，好聊天，给予帮助👍🏻

The departing trip was in a VIP van service, which was really comfortable. The return trip was in a normal van. There were four of us, so the van picked and dropped us near our house. We stopped briefly at the duty-free before entering Thailand. It was a smooth journey, and the service at the customs was prompt.

We booked Butterworth to Hat Yai via 12Go and travelled with Beh Travel & Tours today (20/05/25) and wow, what an absolutely brilliant company!

From start to finish, the communication was spot on. We received a call the night before with all the details and were kept perfectly updated on pickup during the morning rush hour. Our driver was fantastic, friendly, professional, spoke excellent English and drove safely and respectfully the whole way. He’s genuinely a huge credit and face to the company. (Apologies I didn’t get his name).

The vehicle itself was immaculate and super comfortable which made the journey even more enjoyable. Honestly, this company was completely faultless. Professional, reliable and clearly takes pride in delivering great service for excellent value.

不能啦，vla3888，态度太差了！！我只是买了一杯咖啡，就用很不好的语气和我说话，车里不能带饮料😡车内也没有贴警告纸，司机是黑人，对华人很大的偏见，看其他人也是在车上吃东西，他都不讲

只有从槟城出发去合艾的司机（车牌 5600）服务态度很好，只是稍微迟到了一点。

其他不管是客服，老板，还是从合艾回槟城的司机（车牌 VKA3888）态度都非常非常不好。
司机全程没有动手帮忙搬行李。驾车也很鲁莽，甚至剐蹭到别人的车❗❗❗耽误了我们一个小时半的回程时间❗❗❗期间老板来叫我们下车等待处理，我们抱怨了一句直接被老板大声呵斥，直接很大声的骂我们！服务真的真的真的很烂！！！非常不推荐！！！
