After drinking coffee, the driver just simply put the rubbish on others fridge, have no thought of throwing it into the rubbish bin. Unethical.

Best experience with local tour agencies so far.
Pre-trip comm was easy and most helpful recommendations over WhatsApp.
Drivers arrived early, polite, flexible and offer great recommendations.
Coach is clean.

Bad hospitality, unprofessional trip arrangement and poor time management. Worst ever trip in the lifetime. Be cautious when the driver try to give you 'kind' suggestions as it could be their trick to ease their job. We planned to go penang hill early in the morning around 8am to avoid crowd, but driver was so 'kind' to suggest and bring us for breakfast in cecil market (whoever familiar with Penang would know these 2 are totally not on the same route), ended up we reach Penang hill at 10++am, and gotta queue for more than 2 hours there and meanwhile he can rest and have a drink nearby. He was also trying to end his job early by kept mentioning this place nth to see, this place closed already, so that he could send us back to hotel and airport before the time. Just a sharing of my experience, we only managed to visit penang hill and kek lok si with a 1 day trip with this company, do consider whether it's worth the price before booking.
