If you drive past Gua Musang or being nearby, don't forget to make a visit to the unique train station of this town. Or better still, stay for 2 or 3 nights here, and enjoy the fresh air coming from the mountains.
Gua Musang is located on the highway between Cameron Highlands and Kota Bharu on the East Coast of Peninsula Malaysia, approximately 2.5 hrs' drive from the west Whoever travels by the nostalgic 'Jungle Railway ', which passes through the tropical rainforest, will stop by here.

The railway station itself, like many others, is not large. Yet it has attracted many tourists, both national and international. The scenic backdrop of huge limestone enhances the unique character of the railway station. I even read on the net that someone compared the landscape with Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, as not much difference.

Don't forget to check out the food stall, which offers a good variety of local specialities there. The Muse Ecopark is just beside the station. One must make a detour, though. The place is just beside the Gua Musang- Kota Bharu Highway. There is a huge parking lot, food court, and a mosque made of bamboo.
