Homestay senang akses dgn pantai teluk kemang, kedai makan, stesen minyak, mini mart, pekan pd, fast food restaurant. ada seaview belakang homestay (balcony) yang menarik, balcony boleh lepak santai makan maggi dgn nabati (ada provide kerusi & meja). Private beach boleh mandi cuma kena jalan sedikit dlm 300meter. 2 bedrooms ada aircond, fasiliti okay cuma masalah sliding door balcong tak boleh lock (tp no worries sbb tgkat atas, xde spe nak pecah masuk 😅). Bilik no. 2 berdebu sikit, pintu tandas tak boleh lock, dan grill pintu utama susah skit lock dan unlock (kena letak mnyak rasanya 😃). Ada security jaga dan resort pun sebelah jalan je, parking kereta pun bersepah banyak. senang.!

Unacceptable Experience – Avoid This Property

We had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this property. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the host on the day of arrival regarding the check-in, we only received the check-in information hours later. The check-in process was contactless, via a key safe, with no interaction or communication from the host. Unfortunately, we were shocked by the condition of the apartment upon entering.

The apartment was dirty and in an unacceptable condition, far from what was shown in the photos or described in the listing. The main issues included:

• Mold on the mattress of the sofa bed and poorly painted-over mold in the bathroom!
• Foreign hairs and trash on the floor.
• One of the “new” towels was stained and wet.
• The kitchen was not suitable for cooking as there were no pots, pans, or basic utensils.
• The lamps were covered in cobwebs.
• The balcony furniture, especially the seat cushions, was damaged.

We attempted to contact the host multiple times via Booking.com, WhatsApp, and phone, but received no response at all. Due to health concerns (mold on the mattress) and the overall uninhabitable condition of the apartment, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation.

Although the host refused to take any responsibility and declined a refund, Booking.com thankfully provided us with a partial refund, for which we are grateful. However, we are still very disappointed with the lack of communication and the host’s refusal to address these serious issues.

We hope this review serves as a warning to other travelers. Our experience was highly stressful, and we strongly advise against booking this property.

Encik Rosli, our host, was incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. He made sure everything was in perfect order before leaving the unit. He was always online and easy to reach. Port Dickson is like a second home to us. Initially, we planned to head back the same day - it was a Sunday, I felt a bit tired, so we decided to stay a bit longer on a whim.

We've stayed in both Corus Paradise and Paradise Lagoon apartment many times, but this was our first time staying in unit DL4-4 seaview (Paradise Lagoon), managed by Mr. Rosli. The parking area is spacious, and the ambiance is wonderful.

The unit itself was large and roomy, perfect for me, my wife, and our daughter. We were all very happy—everyone had smiles on their faces. The unit was clean, with crystal-clear water supply and all the basic amenities. The view was breathtaking. We even took a trip to Tanjung Tuan, one of our favorite spots, and enjoyed a quick hike up to the lighthouse. We also visited Lukut Museum. The next day we had breakfast in the heart of PD town.

It was incredibly peaceful and quiet. You could hear the waves, feel the gentle breeze, and it was truly relaxing—the ideal holiday experience.

The best part was the sound sleep we had, and we eagerly awaited the sunrise the next morning. The sunset and sunrise did not disappoint us. PHENOMENAL!

We truly hope to return with our entire family. Thank you so much, Mr. Rosli, for making our stay so memorable.

Ultimo bilancio qualità e prezzo, anzi abbiamo ricevuto più delle nostre aspettative. Un appartamento di quasi 56 m con due stanze da letto un cucinotto e il bagno. Ovviamente non sono proprio nuovissimi ma si vede che il rinnovo è stato fatto recentemente e che ci hanno provato a renderlo più appetibile
In quanto al condominio da fuori non sembra un granché, però la vista dal balcone promette già di notte. Tolgo una stella giusto per il come si presenta il condominio.
