cantik sangat rumah ni mcm lukisan yang keluar dari kertas. tepi tu ada pantai orang kampung, jadi takde org lepak pun. boleh tengok sunrise ye dari sini. bangun la awal. nak cerita rumah dia sangat cantik, first impression dari pagar pun dah cantik. pastu keyless entry main pakai tekan2 nombor je, pastu dapur lengkap ada stove, peti ais, mesin air, bath tub fuh ada bath tub ok sila bawa bath bomb, sejuuk aircond ada kat tingkat atas dan bawah. tingkat atas tu yang unik juga sebab dia half floor. silakan la book sebab harga berpatutan utk experience. utk sarapan pagi, ada banyak gerai kat 2mins drive from there.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I travel quite a lot. The house was beautiful and very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and safe. Within 10 minutes on foot you can find shops and restaurants, and the property offers a lovely garden and even sea views. At night, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for resting. The host was friendly and very communicative.
If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be the transparent curtains, which don’t provide much privacy and let in the sunlight early in the morning. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Clean n cozy Homestay!

Just a stone throw from the beach, the homestay was located in between residential housing area. Can fit in 2 cars at the front pouch, equips with barbecue pit which you can easily source for fresh seafood from nearby fish market (LKIM, Kuala Besut). Toilets are clean just that the water pressure can come abit low at a certain point.

Nice interior, 2 A/C for the whole unit, well equipped with basic necessities such as water dispenser, electric kettle, iron n iron board, hair dryer, fridge, cooking stove , cooking utensils, etc. Can occupy 4person, 1 king bed and 2 single bed, yet very spacious.

+ point goes to the surrounding sound of waves all night long!

Host is very responsive in replying messages and keep us well updated.

Wonderfully built little house with all amenities that you need. Good parking space outdoor barbecue and seating area (comes with friendly cats). Right on the beach. Downside is the beach is not clean and it’s a shame. Very close to jetty for visiting Perenthian islands (walking distance). Very friendly and helpful owners.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 night trips in early Sept 2022.

Pros:

1. Very cute, tiny but complete with all the necessities required. Kitchen got stove, kettle, pots, sink, water dispenser, water heater, cutleries, plates, cups, small fridge. They also provided iron, iron board and hair dryer.

2. Bed/sleeping area is at the mini 2nd floor, separate from the living area. A bit of exercise climbing the mini stairs 😂 There’s one small bed at the living area too, facing the TV. Didn’t really watch TV as most of the time we either rest / go out.

3. Bathroom is equipped with large bath tub too. Towels and soaps provided.

4. Front porch got 2 tables with umbrellas if you want to stay and chit chat outside.

5. If you’re a cat lovers, expect some furballs coming to visit you 😂 Bring some food for them haha.

6. The area is very near to Kuala Besut Jetty, bus terminal, Pantai Timur shopping complex and many other shops. Most are within walking distance.

7. It is also quite near to beachside but we didn’t really got the chance to go there~

8. It’s a quiet area, not noisy, which is a plus point.

9. There’s 2 air conditioner - one in the living area, one near the upstairs bed.

Cons (not a major problem at all honestly!):

1. The water pressure most of the time is low. At times, it was okay. But it didn’t defeat the purpose of washing up, pee and poo 😂

2. Water heater not functioning - during our time there, it rains so some hot/warm water definitely gonna be very good. But again, it wasn’t a major problem at all.

Overall, really enjoyed our time here! Keep up the good work!
