A unique experience!
I got my Open Water Diver certification while traveling in Malaysia, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I was lucky to have Fred as my instructor — he shared his extensive knowledge in a way that was educational, empathetic, and fun all at once.
I 100% recommend this dive club to anyone who wants to turn scuba diving into an unforgettable experience.
The rest of the team supporting Fred is just as friendly and attentive, and they make you feel like one of their own.
If I ever come back to this island, there’s no doubt I’ll dive with them again.

Fantastische Tauchbasis mit familiärer Atmosphäre!
Wir haben eine großartige Woche mit den Octodivers verbracht. Die Basis ist klein, aber hervorragend organisiert und sehr herzlich geführt – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.

Das Leihequipment war modern, top gepflegt und auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Tauchplätze wurden mit viel Erfahrung und Sorgfalt ausgewählt, sodass jeder Tauchgang ein echtes Highlight war. Die Dive-Guides – allesamt auch ausgebildete Instruktoren – haben die Tauchgänge professionell, sicher und gleichzeitig entspannt begleitet.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn wir wieder mal hier hinreisen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Qualität und persönliche Betreuung legen!

Nous recommandons vivement ce centre de plongée !
Ayant plongé un peu partout en Malaisie, c’est sans hésitation le meilleur centre que nous ayons testé. Les instructeurs sont très professionnels et prennent vraiment le temps pour les briefings. Le matériel est en excellent état et bien entretenu.

Nous avons effectué 6 plongées sur 6 sites différents (niveau 2 français), et l’équipe fait en sorte de varier les spots pour vous offrir une expérience riche et diversifiée.

Un vrai plus : ils ont gentiment gardé nos backpacks pour que nous puissions plonger le dernier jour sans stress.

Un immense merci à Fred et Hafis, vous êtes incroyables, avec une équipe en or !

Si vous souhaitez passer un niveau de plongée, c’est clairement l’endroit idéal. Les prix sont imbattables pour la qualité du service proposé.

Did my open water dive certification with Octo Diver and wouldn’t want to do it with any other organization. Everyone there was very nice and encouraged me the whole time, making sure I was safe inside and outside the water. Koci, our instructor, was amazing - never a dull moment with him making the experience fun and memorable. Would highly recommend this place for people to do any level of diving certification!

I did the Open Water course and I couldn’t have had a better instructor. Fred is calm, professional, and explains everything so clearly that I felt safe and confident from the very first dive. Thanks to him I discovered that diving can actually be super relaxing and I enjoyed it way more than I expected. Every dive was in a different site and they were all amazing. I even ended up booking an extra dive at the end.
Also, the beach where they are based is a paradise and became my favorite.
Thanks Fred and to the whole team! You are awesome!

The first thing that I expect from a dive shop is ✨Safety✨ and Octo Diver delivers!
From their new equipment, frequently calibrated machines, professional services from Fred, Koci and William, I could not recommend this shop more.

The distance from the shop to the boat is near, so it’s not a hassle to carry your equipment to the boat.

The service is friendly and Koci make sure we feel safe throughout our Advanced course.

The only thing is that always, always book with Flora Chalet instead of Fauna.

J'ai attendu pendant des années avant de faire mon baptême de plongée. J'étais vraiment curieux de connaître toutes les sensations associées à cette activité, et je n'ai pas été déçu !

L'école est petite , type ambiance familiale, ce qui vous met de suite très à l'aise !

J'ai vraiment été super bien briefé et accompagné pendant tout le long. Je n'ai pas eu peur une seule fois tant mon accompagnateur a été prévenant et excellent !

Merci beaucoup pour ce superbe moment. Cela me donne envie d'explorer encore plus les fonds marins ! ☺️

All the instructors, including Gua Ci, Fred, and the boss himself, Hafiz, were very friendly. They offered an affordable package for me and my friend to dive here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget-friendly diving holiday. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to the trained young dive master, Haikal.
