I came across this tour by accident when I was in Semenggoh and chatting with one of the staff there. I mentioned that I love wildlife and was looking to do a wetland tour, but it was hard to find one as a solo traveller (most required at least two people). The Semenggoh staff connected me with Mr. David from this company, and he quickly assured me I could join an already scheduled group. I was even able to confirm my spot just a couple of hours before the tour, since I had a health screening earlier and wasn’t sure if I could join. The confirmation and payment process was super easy via WhatsApp.

Anyway, it was one of the best wildlife tours I’ve had! We were lucky to see everything! (Irrawaddy dolphins, proboscis monkeys, a crocodile, and fireflies, among others). Our guide Mr. Aiman and Mr. Imam, the experienced boatman, really knew the area and had sharp eyes for spotting wildlife. Just note that sightings aren’t guaranteed — and that’s a good thing, because it means the experience is natural and ethical. So don’t go expecting or demanding to see everything. Overall, 10/10 experience — especially if you're a solo traveller like me!

Did the dolphin, Satang and snorkelling tour. Loved it from start to finish. Our guide Mr Alan told us so much about the history, wildlife etc and was great fun. We saw a monkey, crocodile and more dolphins than we could count. Also rescued a pair of terns! The boat was comfortable, the area beautiful. Highly recommended.

What a day we had! Amazing! Everything was greatly organised and very well guided by Mr. Mas Daud and our captain Wan Amin. We where so lucky to see a big and a small crocodile, dolphins and 2 mating turtles! The lunch on Satang island and the snorkeling was absolutely great! A lifetime memory!!

We did three different tours (Semenggoh, City tour, Bako National Park) with Ooh Ha. David is very sincere and caring and was constantly in touch with me to ensure that all our tours on the different days were comfortable and up to par.

He went out of his way to make way for special arrangements for us because we had two senior citizens plus three children in the group, which makes it slightly trickier for the tours. They are professional, flexible and trustworthy. I would definitely highly recommend going with them for any tours.

Abbiamo fatto due tour con questa agenzia e ci siamo trovati molto bene in entrambi.
Inizialmente abbiamo prenotato con loro il tour Batang Ai 3D2N per andare alla longhouse Nanga Ukom con l’obiettivo di vivere un’esperienza più autentica del Nanga Sumpa. Siamo stati ben accolti da Aiman (la nostra guida) e da una famiglia iban che ci ha sempre trattato in maniera molto premurosa. Ci siamo sentiti a casa in ogni momento, abbiamo mangiato benissimo e anche se era difficile capirsi ci siamo sentiti parte delle loro chiacchierate serali. Ci è dispiaciuto mangiare sempre da soli e prima di loro, ma probabilmente fa parte delle loro usanze, quindi non lo abbiamo contestato.
Unico appunto sulle tempistiche del ritorno: il tour prevede colazione, utilizzo della cerbottana, gara di polli e rientro con pranzo. Tutto è stato rispettato (al di fuori della gara di polli che non viene fatta), ma ci è sembrato uno spreco di tempo. Si potrebbe tranquillamente anticipare la cerbottana al pomeriggio precedente e partire la mattina presto per rientrare prima di pranzo, permettendo, ad esempio, di aggiungere il pomeriggio stesso l’altro tour che, invece, abbiamo dovuto fare il giorno dopo.
Su consiglio di Aiman abbiamo prenotato con loro un secondo tour, la crociera serale alle wetlands. Dalle 15 alle 16 viene effettuato il pick-up tra i vari hotel di Kuching e poi in 1 h si arriva all’imbarco. Il capitano ha avuto dei modi un po’ bruschi e severi, ma ciò ha permesso di mantenere l’ordine a bordo. Abbiamo visto delfini, coccodrilli e scimmie nasiche, abbiamo cenato a bordo al tramonto e poi ci siamo diretti al buio verso l’albero delle lucciole. Tutto è stato perfetto e non ci siamo pentiti della nostra scelta.

The tour was enjoyable, the scenery was stunning, we saw several animals and ate well. And the good thing is that the tour is suitable even for small children.

Signed up for their Bako tour, as a solo traveler which is hard to come by here (not sure why) for RM380. Was guided by En. Bujang and En. Daud of which the latter was pleasant to speak to, helped guide us on best spots to catch the wild monkeys and shared some knowledge here. The lunch was fairly disappointing though not their fault due to limited options there (either that one cafeteria in the park or the one outside the jetty, we had the latter)

When compared to other nearby competitors, this spot definitely is worth the money!
