I highly suggest going through this travel agency and I highly suggest using Stephanie and I also suggest that you get freida as your travel guide. I only went on a day tour and I can imagine that the overnight tour is even better but the day tour for a 50-year-old person it's pretty easy to accomplish the lunch was awesome and we got to see most of the animals in the forest. Our guide is a historian and the walking encyclopedia about the island and her jungle surroundings. Video cameras do not work very well because of the humidity in the lens fog up so I suggest a camera or your phone works great.

All the staff were brilliant.

We saw a range of incredible monkeys, snakes, sealife - all sorts.

Really recommend it. The guides change up the itinerary based on your capabilities so worth giving it a go!

Abbiamo fatto il tour alla scoperta di sabah sul Fiume kotakinabalu alla scoperta della fauna di 4d3n.
Ci siamo trovati benissimo, le guide sono super preparate e si vede che amano e rispettano l’ambiente ed l’ecosistema che li circonda. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene (molto attenti ad esigenze particolari, come per i vegetariani) e abbiamo visto tantissimi animali.
Organizzato benissimo molto consigliato.
Praticamente tutto incluso nel pacchetto pochissime spese extra; nessun costo nascosto.

Wir (2Personen) waren über Neujahr 2024/2025 mit Adventure Borneo in Batang Ai und haben dort eine wirklich gute Zeit gehabt. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal an unseren wunderbaren Guide Lemon und unseren Boatman Kachid sowie an seine Frau!
Es war ein unglaubliches Glück, dass wir eine private Tour hatten, da keine anderen Touristen zur gleiche. Zeit gebucht hatten. So konnten wir unglaubliche Eindrücke gewinnen. Außerdem war es toll am Neujahrstag von den einheimischen Iban eingeladen zu werden und (schon morgens) Reiswein zu trinken. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die Wanderungen im Dschungel waren ebenfalls toll. Zwar lag der ein oder andere Baum im Weg, das hat das Erlebnis aber nur echter gemacht. Die Wege kann man (auch als recht unsportlicher Mensch) gut begehen. Kulinarisch wurden wir bestens versorgt und können an keiner Stelle klagen. Auch die Orang Utan haben wir gesehen, allerdings muss man dazu sagen, wir hatten wirklich extrem viel Glück.

The tour guide Nelson is superb. He is a local Berawan Guide and he knows the area well. Always looking out for us and showed us things of the nature that we would not have spotted if we are to walk on our own.

We went on a 4 days 3 nights in Kinabatangan River. Everything was perfect. Jeremy who was very nice and patient helped us to book the tour and gave us all the information. The tour are organized together with SI Tour and these people are just amazing, looking after the guests always with a smile. The guides are always very friendly and professional, lounges very cleaned and we had the feeling to stay in another world. 10 to 10 for everything!

My wife and me recently embarked on a 3-day tour to Batang Ai with Borneo Adventure, and it was an incredible experience! Our guide Ben ❤️‍🔥 was warm, knowledgeable, and truly made the trip unforgettable.

The entire journey was filled with excitement and breathtaking views. The well-organized itinerary allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of the area. From exploring the lush rainforest to engaging with the local communities, every moment was enriching.

We had so much fun and felt well taken care of throughout the trip. This tour exceeded our expectations, and we would happily do it all over again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the wonders of Borneo!

OK, there are many things to mention here. First of all: this company communicates very well about all their tours and arrangements. I was able to book my trip overseas from Belgium long beforehand and by the time my trip started everything went exactly according to plan. This may seem unremarkable but I feel it isn't per se.
Secondly: I booked a long 6d/5n trip to Batang Ai where they have a lodge and a jungle camp. These places are designed for the adventurous traveller not for people who want any luxury. That being said. They took care of every need I had and provided a safe and comfortable experience. My trip was all about spotting the Orangutans in the wild. And we succeeded at that, which is amazing to say the least. Special credit needs to go to Edgar who was my guide during the experience. Travelling solo and staying at the jungle camp without electricity and no other travelers present, Edgar accompanied me and was very good company. He is very knowledgeable about the area and everything Malaysian.
Be prepared for intense heat and humidity! But it is well worth it.
I have no doubt other tours that are arranged through this company will all be worthwhile. I highly recommend!
