Very poor service. When Sarawak is on PH, there's no way for me to search my parcel status. The website tracking only shown "On the way for delivery". People urgent waiting for the document. Please upgrade your service provider. Bad.

So sorry to say that, this company was giving me bad impression, slow delivery and bad customer service. Customer service never get back us when there’s have some problem, tracking status never update, parcel from Kuching to Sabah need to take more than 10days until now haven’t receive yet my parcel. Customer Service never want to solve my problem. 👎🏻

I have use an international delivery and it should be both pick up and drop off available. But they told me to pick up my own parcel at their company. What a disgrace! My seller have paid the money for them to deliver it from Shopee but right now they tell me they can't do it just because their driver does not go around my area. I don't know how the company works. What a disgrace!

Very friendly staff when you needed assistance but then they don't deliver most of their parcel for outside Kuching due to they are using other delivery agent to deliver and cause the tracking system unable to track parcel that are deliver to outside kuching or from outside kuching. This is the only downside of using their service and tracking system.

Very professional service. I was out during the delivery and the driver called. She politely asked about the time I will be in. She delivered after her working hours at 1 noon (Saturday). Very efficient service. For readers, do consider trying out this courier company. Thank you Tan & Tan Courier!
