Recently, we opted for a 5D4N Perlis Edu-Adventure Package with Smart Leisure & Travels Sdn Bhd for a group of 7-8-year-olds, looking for an educational yet enjoyable experience. From the outset, Siddiq, the person in charge of planning and transportation, alongside the agency, surpassed my expectations in numerous aspects.

Planning & Communication: Initially, there was no typical booking process. I expressed my desire for an educational trip, and Siddiq, along with the agency, took charge, crafting a well thought-out itinerary.

Itinerary Adaptability: Even though the initial plans were well laid out by Siddiq, the adaptability showcased by the agency was commendable. When unexpected weather conditions necessitated changes in activities, they smoothly transitioned to alternatives without compromising the educational aspect of our trip.

Accommodation: The rooms were consistently clean, offering a serene environment. The additional facilities like the hang-out area, complete with a pool table, karaoke, and TV, further enhanced our stay.

Activities & Guides: Activities curated by Siddiq exceeded our expectations by providing both an educational and enjoyable experience. The guides, while knowledgeable, could improve on briefing us in advance.

Culinary Experience: The adults enjoyed the cuisine selected by Siddiq and his team. However, the children were less enthused. Catering to the younger taste buds is an area for potential improvement.

Transportation: Siddiq's contribution shone again with the provision of a comfortable van, which made all our travel segments pleasant and hassle-free.

Value & Overall Experience: The package presented excellent value for the money spent. However, there's room for enhancement in the segment of communication, particularly from the tour guide. It would greatly benefit the group if the guide, working alongside Siddiq, could provide detailed briefings on what to anticipate for each activity—including the destination, duration, and specific needs. This proactive approach in sharing information would allow us to better prepare for each day's adventures, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Recommendation: In conclusion, my recommendation for Smart Leisure & Travels Sdn Bhd, greatly influenced by Siddiq's hard work and dedication, is overwhelmingly positive. They crafted an educational adventure that was both informative and fun. Future travelers can confidently entrust their educational trip plans to Siddiq and this agency for a remarkable experience.

Most calming trip I've had so far. Mr Siddiq was really friendly, knowledgable and brought us to really Affordable and really Delicious Cuisines in the area for every meal. The pictures taken were all soo stunning. Really, zero regrets. My son don't want to go home.
