Param was a huge help during our time in the Cameron Highlands. It’s really hard to get a Grab in Tanah Rata, but he replied quickly on WhatsApp and picked us up in no time. He took us everywhere we wanted to go and even suggested extra spots we wouldn’t have found on our own.

His car was clean and comfy, he speaks great English, and the whole experience was super smooth. When he wasn’t available the next day, he connected us with a friend who was just as friendly and reliable.

If you’re visiting Tanah Rata, definitely reach out to Param — just be sure to book ahead, especially on weekends.

Param truly saved our stay in the Cameron Highlands! We had assumed it would be easy to get Grabs like in Kuala Lumpur, but in Tanah Rata it’s nearly impossible. We messaged him, and within half an hour he replied and came to pick us up right away. Communication with him via WhatsApp was quick and effective, which was very helpful since we can’t make regular phone calls with our phone.

We told him the places we wanted to visit, and he took us to all of them — plus he recommended a few extra spots we didn’t know about. The car was very comfortable and spotless, and he speaks very good English, so communication was smooth and easy throughout the day.

The next day we wanted to visit the tea plantations, but Param wasn’t available, so he kindly put us in contact with a colleague. Both of them were incredibly kind, and we felt very safe and well taken care of the whole time.

We would 1000% recommend Param’s service to anyone visiting Tanah Rata. He’s a local, knows the area extremely well, and is very flexible and helpful. Just keep in mind that this area is especially busy on weekends, so it’s best to book his service in advance to make sure you can see everything you want.

We had a great day with Param. 🤩 He showed us around Cameron Highlands on a private tour (which was cheaper than the ones you book with a tour operator). He brought us to very nice places and to his favorite Chinese restaurant in town which was amazing! Thanks 🙏

Mr.Pram and Mr.Arvin are skilled and reliable drivers. I have traveled 1 day with Mr. Arvin and 4 days with Mr. Param. Actually Mr. Param supposed to drive all (5) days, he has an urgent matter and managed to drive 4 days. He has full of local knowledge and can explain interesting facts around CMH and Ipoh. He is patient with the customer and punctual person. I would recommend to engage with him, for a safe travel around IPOH and PENANG.

Excellent service. Mr Param is a professional and punctual man. I chose a private car with a driver. Actually the driver Mr Segar is a very cooperative and helpful. He gave us recommendations where we should go, So he saved our time and money. Their prices are reasonable as it was a private service.
