I recently booked Katz Services in Penang to pick up my elderly parents after their flight from the U.S. was delayed and rerouted. From the start, Lilo was extremely responsive on WhatsApp and quickly helped adjust plans despite the changes.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They sent me a photo of the driver in advance for easy identification, greeted my parents at the airport with a sign, and assisted with luggage and wheelchair support. I received immediate photo confirmation at pickup, followed by real-time updates all the way to the drop-off, including a final photo upon safe arrival even though it was already late in the evening.

The service was reliable, professional, and very reasonably priced. Katz made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services for both business and personal travel needs in Penang

Best travel & tour services in Penang!!! Remarkable service by Lilo and driver Hong! We are a family of 6 with senior and children and Hong took great care of us! From the moment he picked us from airport, he is professional, friendly and provides great recommendation! He ensures everyone gets up and down the car with ease (use his hands as shield so that we dont knock our heads). We really love the roadside brown sugar bun, chendol, laksa and local food. Everyone had food coma and happy bellies!

The car is new and clean! The journey is pleasant and relaxing too! We truly enjoy Penang and am thankful for the experience with Katz Services!
