Kim Ying at YY Travel arranged a 5-day private tour for a group of 6 of us to Chiangmai. The experience dealing with her was a joy; pleasant to deal with and she saw to all the details.
The tour itself was great. The tour guide, Susi, spoke good English, helpful, accommodating and always cheerful, advising what’s best. Food was great and the van driver was safe.
The whole experience was very memorable. TQ to the YY Travel team.

Awesome service and updates by Selina!
It’s my first time engaging YY Tour for a 6D private tour to Shanghai with my parents and the entire journey has been fantastic.
From the time we landed till we depart Shanghai, we felt at ease and the planned itinerary wasn’t too rushed for my elderly parents.
Love it and will look to engage them again for our next trip!

I was having problem with my australian visa, Ms Kim Ying picked up the phone and when I explained to her my predicament she knew exactly what I was talking about and guided me without any hesitation. Visited YY at about 3 pm on 27 October 2023. Found a refurbished space with desks for 6 staff. One gentleman was present. It seems his function was to tell visitors that the person who could help was gone for a while. Left never to return.
