Horrible bus service. We bought tickets for a 24-seater, not a glorified, musty school bus. 🤡 The bus was late, and everything was horribly planned. Avoid this service at all costs. 🤡

We were told to wait in a so-called “waiting area” that had no staff, no seats, no fans—literally nothing. Just standing under a tin roof in the scorching, humid heat.

And when the bus finally showed up? It was already filled with random people sitting in OUR pre-assigned, fully paid seats. 🤡

There are bad bus services… and then there’s this—an entirely new level of awful.

We hadden de bus van 12:00 geboekt via 12go. Hier moesten we een half uur van te voren aanwezig zijn, wij waren er dus half 12. Niemand te bekennen bij de balie, er stond alleen een bus zonder chauffeur. Contact gezocht met de maatschappij maar geen antwoord. Na anderhalf kwam er een andere bus en zijn we met deze gegaan. Echt heel slecht geregeld.....

Do not book with this company. After waiting for 1 hour, the bus arrived. There was no one at the ticket counter, so we had no idea if the bus was still coming. I try to contact 3 numbers on whatsapp, but got no response.

Irresponsible bus company.
1) left passenger without any notification
2) avoid paying back the fare for leaving out the passenger
3) would not have any updates regarding this matter.

Overall not recommended.

ich hatte erst sorgen, wegen den schlechten bewertungen. Allerdings verlief alles reibungslos. Es war zwar niemand am Schalter, aber der Bus kam sehr pünktlich an 👍
