Le trajet de ce jour Butterworth - Hat Yai s'est très bien passé. Nous sommes partis avec seulement 10 minutes de retard, le conducteur était prudent sur la route, le passage des deux frontières s'est fait rapidement et de manière fluide et nous avons mis les 4h/4h30 de route prévue. Les sièges étaient confortables et il y avait même la wifi gratuite à bord. Tout cela pour 8€ ce qui est très raisonnable. Je recommande pour relier Panang à la Thailande !

Alia, the bus stewardess, was very accommodating, friendly, and sweet.

On a side note, business class seats may not be the most comfortable for larger-sized passengers.

Unfortunately, the journey between Singapore and Penang took 12 hours due to the many stops, which was a bit disappointing.

That aside, everything else was wonderful 😊

Avoid this company—especially if you’re travelling with kids.

We booked the 2pm bus from Butterworth to Surat Thani for myself, my wife, and our 6-year-old daughter. We arrived at 1:30pm to find four other passengers waiting. At 2:05pm, a smirking staff member told us the bus was stuck in traffic and would be 1.5 hours late—jeopardising our connecting train.

When we asked for help rebooking with another company, they acted like they didn’t understand us. An hour later, we were told the bus was now two hours away. They showed us a random car crash video on WhatsApp as “proof,” but the whole thing felt off.

By 3:30pm—90 minutes after departure—they suddenly offered to transfer us to another company. By then, we’d read their awful Google reviews and decided to leave and arrange our own travel.

The staff were rude, unhelpful, and dismissive throughout. I suspect this is a common scam when not enough seats are sold. No apology, no accountability. Just avoid them.

Extremely Delayed and Poorly Managed Service
I booked a bus from Hatyai to TBS Puchong via the Redbus app. The scheduled departure was 1:00 PM with an estimated arrival at 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, the journey has been very disappointing.

The driver drove extremely slowly and delayed significantly at the Hatyai customs, which I can still understand. However, the main issue is that he kept stopping unnecessarily to pick up or "tame" people along the way. We also stopped at a petrol station in Penang (Shell) for refuelling and a toilet break, but the stop has gone on for over an hour. As of 7:40 PM, we are still stuck in Penang with no clear update or urgency from the driver.

The bus service is highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Not recommended at all. Avoid this if you're expecting a timely and reliable journey.

Used SuperNice Express to go on the long journey from Melaka to Butterworth. Think it took about 8 hours.
Booked on the 12go Asia website.
When you get to the Melaka bus station you have to convert the online ticket to a regular ticket at the ticket desk. Think it cost 1 Ringgit per ticket to convert.
Around €23 for two one way tickets.

Ini adalah bas pilihan sepanjang tahun 2022 dan 2023. Harga berpatutan. Keadaan bas pun bersih dan cantik. Kalau balik dari Penang ke Shah Alam. Mesti pilih bas Supernice. Anak saya beritahu pemandu pun berhemah. Cermat memandu bas. Alhamdulillah semoga Bas Supernice dapat memberikan perkhidmatan yang terbaik dan selamat.

If I can give negative it would be -5 star. Bus was late, stop too many and way too long, forced to change bus in the middle, driver was very adequately rude. AVOID THIS BUS!!!

Worse service. Irresponsible. No respect to costumer. Ticket time at 14:30. I was at 13:30 for boarding. Strangely, these is no bus name (SuperNice) on the board. It could be written there with “delay”. Now, it is 15:00. They say it is cancelled, of has delay, or it s crowded.. I asked how long usually takes I may want to take a cab!! Just ignored to answer… That was so rude. Really rude. Butterworth Bus Terminal in Penang centre with the collaboration with SuperNice Bus. Penang Sentral to KL 13 April 2024 14:00. You cannot simply cancel without informing passengers.
