Taken its name from a tree known as Donggiranuk, which could only be found at the top of the hill (unfortunately, the fruits are not in season at the time of this story telling🤭), this hill for me was really challenging upon ascending starting from the bridge. Estimated 900 meters left to the top, its a no mercy trail. It took me 2 hours to reach the top. Those without enough training/rest will either go big or go home. Descending is a santai matter, which only took about 1 hour 20 mins which included mandi sungai. This trail is ain't for the weak😂 My only disappointment is that Aki didn't show up to its full potential. *sad sad*

1 hr 40 mins hike (2414 ft/735 masl) . starts with a descend through a plantation, then you'll find the river first. after crossing, the trail starts a full (and quite steep) ascend to the peak. trail is quite established and the surroundings are beautiful. kinda gives off the kinabalu trek environment. peak is very beautiful and cool/windy. they built 3 sheds, (1 to be used as an overnight facility, 2 for resting) and a platform. toilets are available at the river, and the peak. they also provide utensils, kitchenware to be used for cooking.
overall, its a worthy trip. I'd recommend an overnight trip as the peak should be considerably cold at night. however the cost for the facility is rm 200 per night. if your crew are up to it, better bring camping tents etc and just pay for the shed (around rm 30 i think)

Siamo arrivati lì e un uomo in macchina è passato dicendoci che non si può fare il percorso senza guida e bisogna pagare 145 RM per 3 km di percorso.. sul serio!? Si può chiamare due numeri ma non risponde nessuno.

Perjalanan ke starting point ada part gravel tapi boleh sampi walaupun pakai kereta kecil. Dijamin tidak gantung. Di puncak ada pondok tempat berehat dan sambil makan2. Ada air panas dan makanan segera disediakan di puncak dengan harga bukit dan bukannya harga yahudi atau harga kayangan. Memang layak 5 star 💃

Kalau ada rezeki nak repeat lagi. Rindu tempat ni. Laluan ke puncak tu x lah sakit sgt sbb bnyk pokok memayungi laluan... Berbanding starting tu.. Sgt2 panas.
