I recently stayed at this resort (ROOM 13 ) . While I must say the environment outside the room is very nice and relaxing, I was extremely disappointed with the room cleanliness.

The sink still had spit from the previous guest – it was not cleaned at all. The bathroom smelled like pee and looked yellowish. The toilet had stains and was clearly not cleaned properly. The bed sheets were full of yellow and brown stains, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were also a lot of spider webs around the room, which shows how poorly it was maintained.

On top of that, the water heater was not working.

Overall, everything about the room cleanliness was horrible and very disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously, as it completely ruined the comfort of our stay despite the beautiful surroundings outside.

A Gem hidden inside the forest. They provide a unique accommodation. Perfect place to make an event with 2 open hall. Beautiful resort that are surrounded by nature. A lot of activities that can be done with families and friends. Although there's a little thing that are off to me but that's not going to justifed the overall experience and services that the resort provided, Ovai Hidden Paradise Resort is trully one of the kind resort that are unexpectedly nestled deep within untouched wilderness and rich in culture and tradition.

Resort area are nice n clean. But the parking lot should be upgrade it become worst if raining. Hope can see progress in my nxt visit.

Place is beautiful but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The place is RAT INFESTED, (kalau ada tikus confirm ada ular, memanglah food chain). Why i say customer service bad? We made some complaints over some rooms yang ada taik tikus and we ended up not using that room, not sleeping in that room, only put our stuffs there sebab tengah malam tu kami lari keluar dari tu bilik yang ada tikus. Barang-barang kami memang dalam tu bilik cuma kami tidak tidur dalam tu bilik sebab tiba2 ada tikus tengah malam, matilah bah kami tengah malam mau angkat barang, kami memang ready mau tidur sudah, masuk selimut sudah, tapi nah ngam2 tikus keluar, kami terpaksa pindah pergi bilik kawan sebelah and bersempit sana. Masa tidur di chalet kawan sebelah, i put my earrings on a ledge against the wall, tengah malam i heard barang jatuh, in the morning i saw my earrings on the floor, meaning the rat ran along the ledge. After we checked out, minta half refund for not using that room and the owner refused and said we really did use that room sebab pekerja dia nampak kami angkat barang keluar dari tu bilik. Apa-apa pun, owner bilang sama kami "Oh my god what an attitude, you are still young pls change your attitude". How unprofessional. Dia bilang kami penipu, tidak apalah, kami support saja bisnes kau ya. Tiada pun kaitan tiba2 saja mau sentuh pasal being young and beautiful with bad attitude segala, lari topic sudah dia, emosi kali. Padahal kami tekankan pasal masalah tikus iaitu BOLEH MEMBAWA KEPADA MASALAH KESIHATAN. Bayangkan macam mana kami berjaga the whole night sebab takut tikus gigit makanan kami dalam bilik. Last year aunty saya pergi camping tempat kamu pun, kamu tidak kasih tau dorang kamu ada event team building bising-bising sana, at least kasih aware lah dulu sama orang yang camping sana bah. Mau main flying fox pun tiada staff untuk jaga. Walaupun customer service BURUK 1000000%, kami kasih bersih juga tempat dia sana, angkat plastik sampah kami sendiri semua, tidak juga kami biadab begitu. Semoga rezeki kamu makin murah walaupun tempat kamu NOT RECOMMENDED.

Good place with great View..the staff was very helpfull with all the activity. Stay here 1 night at the chalet. Room ok.

I visited the place yesterday but the customer service could really use some improvement, especially at the front desk. I stood in front of the counter waiting to be assisted, but instead, I had to be the one asking where to buy the ticket. The staff didn’t greet us properly and left me wondering what to do next. They weren’t very helpful or welcoming.

Sesuai untuk team building. Banyak aktiviti luar yg boleh dilakukan. Makanan juga sedap. Coach team building juga bagus dan berpengalaman. Pastikan masa lapang pada waktu petang untuk mandi sungaj.

Went for a picnic with family and friends (4 adults with 1 toddler & baby). Couldn't play the zipline & kayak because of rain the night before. Overall okay, pretty place, but it will be nicer for the place to prepare rubbish bin or maybe a water pipe for each sulap (pondok), afterall we paid entrance fee of RM10 per adult & RM50 for the sulap.
