No lift, Got staff help carry Luggage, 2 single bed,
The sink is whole day clogged, toilet quite small,
socket location is behind tv, and need move tv to front for use it, tv just local channel and line very weak.
Space is enough 3 people in room,
Air cond direct face to bed, sleep no well,
Hotel is quite near a lot place in Kuala kangaroo.
overall is ok, if one night, no suggest more than 1 night.

Just avoid this hotel . Sucks at best with that price tag.

1. Tiada lift
2. Water dispenser tiada di setiap aras hanya di ground floor.
3. Tiada kettle dlm bilik
4. Terpaksa naik turun tangga nk dptkan air panas
5. Cadar/Bedsheet n bilik berbau
6. Bising jalan raya

Not worth the money. Just avoid.

Simple rooms. Only thing I dislike is the fire escape is locked. ost danger during fire. So I stayed only a day and lost a belt in the premise. So far I asked by no reply. I still need my belt back.

Stayed here for a night on business trip. this hotel located in the middle of kuala kangsar and easy access to banks, shops, KFC, 24 hours convenient store and local eateries. the price is reasonable for a budget hotel. room is spacious, clean, air conditioned and provided with flat tv, hot shower, wifi and mini fridge. this hotel has no elevator so it is quite struggle if you stay in the upper room with heavy luggage. no breakfast is provided. self laundry is provided with standard charges in front of hotel entrance so it is quite convenient if you need to do laundry. famous eateries and night market just within walking distance. it may be a budget hotel but with easy access to the places mention above, i prefer this hotel more rather than other hotels in kuala kangsar. overall, could come back

The hotel actually okay. Quite clean. But our room aircond not that cold. We called the counter guy to check but he didn't come. We booked the triple room with balcony level 3. The aircond on and off cold. Morning wake up with sweating. We also ask for another room, but they not entertain us. If you happen to stay at this hotel, please check everything before you stay. Not worth for money if you cannot sleep at all.

Dah booked two rooms with full payment, but bila dtg only one room is available?!!!! We came from KL and its very tiring u know.... to sum up, very bad services from this hotel. U guys pls watch out... if 0 star can be considered in this review, definitely memang i bg....

Im not satisfied with the owner cause she should be responsible for misplaced my room booking. I PAID FULL PAYMENT!!! she gave nonsense reasons. What a joke…0/5 rating can i conclude what i faced

overall very clean room with good aircon and wifi, slightly noisy. Good location in the center of town. Towels a bit old. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are not many other choices in city center in Kuala Kangsar. A 7-eleven (no beer there !!) is nearby
