staff creepy, memaksa & juga memburuk buruk kan premis lain. staff juga berkata akan masuk bilik untuk "check" dan tutup sebarang penggunaan elektrik di siang hari. sangat menganggu privasi. datang untuk review bilik pun, hanya lah ditunjukkan bilik yang kotor dan tidak kemas langsung. sangat tidak professional & terlalu tanya banyak soalan yang tidak perlu.

I stayed for a night, after booking, the caretaker keep asking if I want to cancel and not really interested to serve guests. Upon arriving , found the the floor along the corridor was very very dusty and never been swept for weeks. We took off shoes when entered as requested but the white socks turned grey and dirty. Room is clean though. I told the host that something needs to be done to clean up the corridor. I said I am going to write review online, then the host "cancelled" my booking and charged me 95% of my stay so that I cannot write review on booking platform. Not a way to treat your guests. And yes room is clean is slandering. It's Malaysian house, we do not wear shoes, of course, but please your corridor floor is super dusty....

We were three solo travellers visiting friends in Lumut. We booked three rooms for an overnight stay. Fadhli, the manager handled our booking and check-in/out efficiently. Entry was by cardkey access and security was good. The 14 rooms are up a flight of stairs and our rooms were clean, bright and well maintained and had en-suite bathrooms. There's a kitchenette, water dispenser and fridge in a common area. ||||The guesthouse is very clean and well maintained and located close to the main road which provides good and easy access. There are restaurants nearby. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable overnight stay.

Not user friendly and they are not interested in attending urgent customer.

One of the contact number displayed in front of the shop could not be contacted.

It is basically useless to try contacting them for same day check in as the receptionist never pick up calls and reply to WhatsApp messages even though appeared to be online all the time. Still no response up to this time.

Please look for another options before considering NZED.

Reply to NZED: Why would I sabotage people's businesses in during this hard time. My reviews are based on my TRUE experience. Instead of blaming me, maybe you should reevaluate your customer service and try to be more customer friendly 😕.

Quite a decent hotel providing rooms only with basic amenities. It is good for late cx in and j7st want to spend one night here.

Nice place to stay. Very comfortable and clean environment. The best part, cheap price and worth it to stay for suite with 5 rooms complete with air cond.

가격이 무척 저렴함. 그것빼고 특별한것은 없음. 루뭇터미널에서 걸어서 1시간 걸렸음. 택시로는 10분정도. 팡코르 가기 위해 머물렀던 숙소.팡코르에서 자는건 비추
