Stayed 1 night. I called 1 day earlier to book, and the process was very easy and smooth. Upon check-in, I was warmly welcomed by a lovely elderly Chinese couple (uncle and aunty) at the front desk who were very kind and helpful. The check-out process was just as smooth. The location is also excellent..the Lumut jetty is within walking distance, which made my trip very convenient.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the jetty!

Have stayed many times here. For this booking, the front office allowed me to check in early as it was not a busy day. Very convenient.

The room is very humble but has the basic necessities such as body shower, air cond, towels etc but not toothbrush and knowing it is a budget hotel, then just acceptable. Not oku friendly as dont have lift. HOWEVER, the view in front of the hotel is INSANEEEE. Near the jetty for going to pangkor which is a pluss. Very worth the price! Shall book back if coming again

This hotel is scam. Especially during holiday. Based on the receptionist "if you are not appear before 5pm your room are considered released". I book with booking.com and the receptionist said that my room already release. I already check with booking.com and they did not put any info/note on that. Furthermore you cannot pay online for that hotel. That so suspicious. It's look like they want more higher rate from walk-in customer price rate. Please avoid this hotel if possible.

Pros:
- Bilik luas untuk 3 orang. Berbaloi dengan harga.
- Aircond sejuk.
- Ada kipas.
- Meja makeup besar.
- Dekat dengan laut.
- Dapat bilik ground floor as requested in booking app.
- Easy access to laut sebab boleh guna pintu belakang tu je.

Cons:
- Check in start 2pm. Tapi saya sampai hotel around 2.30 macam tu. Bilik belum ready. Housekeeping tengah mop lantai. After dapat card bilik, lantai masih belum kering.
- Turn off tengok tempat duduk tandas sebab ada kesan kesan coklat. Supposedly pihak hotel tukar je seating tu. Kat kedai banyak jual yang murah murah. Sebab stain coklat tu terlalu obvious. Kalau sental pun memang tak boleh remove. So bila ada stain tu nak duduk kat situ pun rasa geli geli.
- Pemegang shower tu berkerak.
- Sabun liquid tu bukan liquid. Bila tekan keluar foam je.
- Kepala paip kat sink tu macam longgar.
- Windmill kat belakang hotel akan berbunyi waktu petang. Agak annoying kadang2. Nasib baik malam time nak tidur dia tak berbunyi.

Overall memang berbaloi dgn harga sbb selesa tapi tu lah saya jenis sensitive sikit dgn stain stain dalam bilik mandi so maaf terpaksa bagi sikit star. Kalau takde stain tu memang dah bagi 5 stars.

My suggestions:
- Make sure bilik dah ready before check in time. Tak kisah la customer datang lewat ke apa, better ready je before 2pm.
- Tukar seat toilet tu. Bukan tukar satu tandas. Tukar seat tu je. Benda tu boleh bukak.
- Tukar handle yang letak shower tu sebab terlalu berkerak bintik bintik hitam.

Strategically located facing the straits and short walking distance to the waterfront and Jetty. Seaview room is nice and clean enough. Water cooler is available and shops are just 2-3min away. Street parking available all around. However, sound proof is very poor, we could hear practically anything happen outside the room and next door. Budget room without window is super small though cheap. For the price, it is still OK for just a short stay.
