I had a perfect, safe and comfortable van trip from Penang to Hatyai. Van agent boss was so helpful. He guided me details about trip to Hatyai very well. Driver Jason was also super friendly and helpful. Their van was new, clean and big enough for 13 passengers. You don’t need to worry anything about your short trip to Hatyai, Thailand.

I have a very pleasant experience travelling on a Poh Hai mini bus to Hatyai. It is wonderful to have a reliable bus operator, which truly does its best to look after the interests and well-being of its clients. Both the lady at the office, Amelia, who handles the booking, and the driver were exceptional and performed their tasks with much professionalism.
I will highly recommend Poh Hai to fellow bus travellers.

Cameron Highlands to Penang 9/3/24
Bus departed fifteen minutes before the estimated time when everyone was ready, driver specifically chose a more scenic route to avoid the notorious Sunday Cameron Highlands traffic and we got to Penang really quickly as driving was efficient and not much traffic disruption, if any. Service station stop was of a reasonable duration of time too.

The driver was very very rude. Accusing us of something we haven't done. Had a problem with a previous passenger but we were blamed. It was really bad tranport in my life.
Extremly poor service By DEN 9522 From hatyai to penang 11 may 2024 at 12.00pm.
We're group with half of us are elderly .very disapointed.

出发前一晚公司会发WHATSAPP确认等车地点，车号，司机电话，发车时间。发车当天司机会再次通过WHATSAPP确认信息。从金马伦到槟城光大用时3小时45分钟，非常快和方便。

服务态度级差 买了票的结果上车有人坐着我们的位子， 我们还没坐到我们的位子 巴士就开车了 我们去问工作人员为什么我们的位子有人 他才很懒散的叫做着我们位子的外劳起来 所以请问是怎样没有买票也可以上巴士乱坐人家的位吗？都不需要check票的吗？

Worst Agency ...bus late...pick up point totally a dark lonely alley..with no seat..i would never even give a single star if possible...as its a requirement by Google to have atleast 1 star...i have no choice!! The Bus assistant and bus driver does not even help us to keep our baggage...they just go out and order us to go crawl beside the bus and go under the baggage compartment and store our heavy baggage...they just used their eye power...
