Kpd pengurusan HSM,tlg ambil serius aduan saya.Pekerja house keeping anda tlh masuk ke dlm bilik sy tanpa kebenaran semasa sy dan family keluar dan tinggalkan bilik dengan pintu terbuka!!!.. Sedangkan masa kejadian Ahad 19/10, semasa saya keluar waktu pagi,saya tk ada gantung ‘please tidy my room’ di luar bilik saya,Knp boleh masuk sesuka hati dan tinggalkan bilik dengan pintu terbuka..Sy blk pkl 5.30 ptg,sy tgk pintu bilik terbuka.Bygkn dr pagi smpi ke ptg,bilik sy terbuka dgn laptop dan brg peribadi sy ada di dlm…dh lah bilik sy 144 di hjg skl dgn ada pintu keluar..mcm mn klu laptop sy,brg peribadi dlm bilik tu hilang?...Sy ada call bhgn reception utk buat aduan,dan sehgga skrg,sy dh check out pun,blm ada sebrg maklum bls dr pihak hotel.Sy blh abaikan dgn plug yg ada 1 shj,phone tak function..tp kecuaian staff,mmg sgt serius kerana melibatkn privacy guest,brg2 yg ada dlm bilik.Sy berhrp apa yg berlaku kpd sy tidak akn berlaku kpd tetamu2 yg lain.

Semua org tau hotel seri malaysia, bagi ok hotel ni ok la, bilik bersih walaupun agak old design. Padan dgn harga. Location pun dekat dgn restoran2, senang nak cari makanan. Service dia pun ok di sambut dengan baik.

The hotel is very conveniently located, only a 5-minute walk from Larkin Sentral. I would like to extend my gratitude to the receptionist on duty on 23/8/25, who kindly accommodated my early check-in at 5am after an 8-hour bus journey. This thoughtful gesture provided much-needed comfort and relief.

If you want to hang around johor.. this is the place.. very quiet and serene and very good for events such as weddings and meetings. The larkin market is just literally next door. Very good

This hotel is okay, I just hope they put more lights in the room because it's really dark in there. There's not really a great view the only great view you'll be seeing is the parking place, I can barely feel the air conditioner and the room felt like i was in Florida. Atleast you'll get an exercise on the way to your room

Katil ada tertinggal kesan darah yg lama.sehingga menyebabkan isteri saya terkena gangguan.meracau jam 4am.cukuplah sekali xkan datang lagi

I wish the hotel would add 2 more plugs because there is only one plug. The room is comfortable but there was a smell from the aircond. Please spend on the maintenance. The location is so strategic, so I think the management should improve the quality of the room. For breakfast,the reception mentioned during check-in was 7pm, but due to a lack of kitchen staff, it opens late. Government servants who stayed there for IPGM or anywhere need to go before 8 am. Please improve the service and condition of the rooms.

Actually that time i was really frustrated on my stay last time at first room my aircond have a problem the maintenance coming so many times to repair my room acond after that they ask me to change the room on the new room the water suddenly stop while my daughter was showering.. the electricity also like suddenly black out was sudden.. luckily the maintenance man really helpful and helped to repair all the problems in the room so fast even needed to coming to my room many times..I hope this things will not happen again in future durig my stay in sri malaysia..
