Other than location, I could not find anything good for the stay. The lift waiting time was long as it was very slow. There were only 2 working lifts to serve all the floors and units… Aircon remote was not working for some rooms and we need to share. Aircon was not cold and had to keep it on for the whole day in order to keep it cooling. Some of the lights were not working and pretty dark. The corridor outside the stay was very dark as well.

We have rented this residence twice now with my family. The first time was great and everything went smoothly.However, during our second stay, we experienced a few inconveniences. There were issues with the rice cooker’s power cord and one of the windows. The residence responded promptly to address these problems, which we appreciated.Overall, we would rate our second stay 5/10.

I booked an apartment through Trip.com for a one-night stay with RR JBcity. After checkout, we realized we had left a hat behind in the apartment. We contacted RR JBcity’s customer service through the WhatsApp group, just one hour after checkout, requesting assistance to retrieve the item or arrange collection during a future visit.It has now been two days with no response whatsoever. Despite contacting them promptly, there has been no communication or resolution from RR JBcity.I caution future guests to consider this when booking, as retrieving forgotten items or obtaining post-checkout support may be difficult or impossible.

Communication: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Checkin and checkout process was sent early so almost no issues.Checkin/checkout process: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️reached the property at 310pm. Checkin is 3pm onwards. Self check in is via mailbox. Mailbox was empty. Messaged them and said keys are with the cleaner. Checked in after 30mins.Unit: reached the unit at still not prepared and cleaned. Beds are still as photo. Towels are on the floor and couch when we reached. Utensils not sure if were washed. Cleaning staff came after 10 to 15mins and even asked if it's ok not change the sheets of the other bed (farther on the photo) as it was not used by the previous guest. I think you're not supposed to ask. You're supposed to change all. Unit got no wifi and was not communicated until we asked on the day of checkin.

Great place to stay if going with family or friends. It's nice to go back to a home like place after a day of exploration, can spend time with friends chatting at dinning room, have a movie night, etc. Very convenient location as directly linked to ksl mall. Also a lot of nice local eateries around the area. The night market is just right opposite the mall for puasa.Overall a great stay!

Is terrible. Aircon not cold heater not hot. Bed smells. Worse is no wifi. Lucky we book only 1 day.

Cleaning can be improved . Shower area need proper cleaning to remove mold and stains on the wall. 2 flicking light bulb was not replaced even after highlighted to staff on phone.

Good location with plenty of foods options nearby.
It's easy access to everywhere near city centre.
Cleans and Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.
Host was nice and friendly, fast response.
Clear instructions were given on how to check in and check out.
Definitely would come back again.
