Stayed here for a short trip and really liked the location—super close to JB City Square, JB Sentral, and Komtar JBCC, all within walking distance. Lots of street food nearby too.The room was clean and comfy overall. Slippers were provided, and the bathroom had hot water. I had a nice view of a nearby Hindu temple, which was cool—but heads-up for light sleepers: you might hear the temple bells early in the morning and some noise from Pasar Karat late at night.Only downside was the shower head handle, which was a bit dirty and could use better cleaning.

A clean and no frills hotel, very simple and suggest only for solo travelers and short stays. Location is great with a lot of food options just below the hotels. Generally good. I suggest use your own towel or buy one time use towels from Mr DIY as the towels are not that clean as it was a little moist when I use it

The location of this hotel is indeed quite good. It is very close to the port, making travel convenient. However, the overall condition of the room is rather ordinary. In particular, the blanket is so dirty that one really can't cover oneself with it; it just looks uncomfortable. The air - conditioning is also not up to par, as the temperature can't be adjusted at all. It's either too cold or too hot, making the stay quite unpleasant.What's more, the placement of the TV is quite puzzling. It's too far from the bed, so you can't see clearly when sitting on the bed. If you want to lie down and watch TV to relax, it's impossible. In addition, the hotel offers relatively few services, and there are no special facilities or services that make people feel cared for. Generally speaking, apart from the advantage of its geographical location, the experience in other aspects is not very satisfactory.

The only hotel in JB which allows check in as early as 1 PM as stated on Agoda. No deposit needed! Just a short walk from JB City Square and the CIQ checkpoint to Woodlands. Looks like it’s a Malay-owned hotel since the friendly makcik and staff are all Malays. Worth supporting. WiFi is fast even on the top floor. And it has wide windows for perfect lighting.

Most rooms need a card to keep the power on, but here you don’t, so you can leave your gadgets charging even when you’re out. Spacious room and very clean bathroom! Water pressure is strong, heater works well, and the aircond is nicely cold (no remote control though).

For RM 100 (about SGD 15), can’t really complain. Many taxis right outside so easy to go anywhere. Just note there’s no bottled water provided, and toiletries only include body soap, so best to bring your own. Only UK power outlet available and quite far from bed, so bring your powerbank.

Well , although area size quite small & is totally different looks from photos shown. Toilet & floor tiles are very old fashioned. Luckily location wise quite convenient to shop around.

Served the basis needs to just stay overnight. The price is reasonable but do not expect much. Need to bring your own personal items like bedroom slippers, cups, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. very convenient location that just next to food street and opposite Restaurant Ya Wang.

The little price to pay for good location . Old hotel with clean environment. Simple and very 80's feel . Good location with food street behind . Good fish head curry restaurant few unit away .

The experience was terrible aircon doesn’t work properly shutting down all the way I was staying the whole night without aircon! Only provided one small tube of soap instead of shower gel shampoo Never provided any toothpaste and toothbrush!
