Check in recently... Not recommend this hotel... Only staircase to go to our room... .. Very dark, spooky n seems they doing some renovation along the corridors.... Dirty corridors along the way to our rooms... Hair dryer need to top up $$ if wan to use🤦🤦🤦.. Room inside not so clean n not good condition... Scary n dangerous if stay alone...dark n quiet n dirty outside the room... First time staying in this kind of hotel...

Totally different than the picture shown in ads !! They first gave one room which got blood stains on mattress and pillow then i requested to change room and the next room they gave was next lot upper level with no lift also, and the room was too creepy, finally we Just check out on the same day itself because of unspoken disturbance! Worst experience !!

Receptionist sangat xprofessional, mntak bilik bawah, bagi alasan lain2 siap suh tambah rm10 padahal kita req untuk bilik bawah sebab ada org tua, alasan dia bagi bilik yg book via trip tu bukan untik 3 org, eh kau check balik lah mcm tu, sah2 kita tnjuk booking yg book blik 3 org.Bilik kotor, tv xfungsi, toilet kotor, paip dah berkeladak teruk, cadar mcm tak tukar dan lembab2 (bukan sebab aircond, masuk2 je mmng mcm tu) tiles bru lps mop basah2 lagi, bau toksah kata. Mmng xberbaloi dengan hrga. Better oyo kalau service mcm ni. Dah bgtau masalah kat bilik, sorang2 staff datang, xtau jugak nak betulkan tv mcm mana, last2 pipe pun xtukar. Bila kita ckp dngn front desk tu, dia boleh mcm nk mrh2 bagai aih, dah le sirang staff dia ni, msuk bila suka hati pakai selipar, tergamam sekejap, kita ni masuk punya lah elok2 ltk ksut satu tmpt apa smua. Kesimpulannya, untuk yg last minute and hotel lain xdak mcm kami, redha je lah aslkan boleh tidur smlm, kalau tidak jangan lah dduk dkt hotel ni. Harap lepas ni tolong lah improve semua yg patut, tmpt dah mcm rumah tumpangan pun ada, mcm hostel pekerja asing pun ada...

Terrible hotel! The room not at all. They change up to 4 rooms. But all the room have some reason to reject. We are not able to cancel as they won't refund the room charges. Nearly 2 hours wasted by look at the rooms. Owner very rude. I never seen this kind of rude owner. Better stay away from this scammer hotel.

Mengecewakan. 🥲 dah sampai hotel jam 9 malam tapi bilik tak ready, setengah jam kena sidai. Then checkin bilik, lock pintu pulak rosak. Access kad tak boleh guna, kena buka pintu guna kunci. Aircond pun tak function. Bila complaint, staf kat kaunter suruh tunggu. Nak tukar bilik lain. Then dapat bilik baru. Yang ni nampak well maintained sikit dari bilik yang first. Tapi kuat giler bau rokok. 😩😤 paling mengecewakan ada pakaian kena tinggal dalam locker bilik & puntung rokok dbuang begitu saja dalam laci. Mana tak bau. 🤬 pakaian tu macam ada yang tinggal kat bilik tu. 🙄 tak bertanggungjawab betul. Disebabkan murah per night, so bertahan je lah. Sebab bukan nak duduk bilik sangat juga, banyak berjalan. And awal diinform, hotel ni kena menapak naik tangga. So kalau bawa beg berat2 book la hotel yg lebih selesa & secure.
