Very disappointed with hotel service and poor maintenance…..
only the location is good……
the most regrettable stay……
Not worth for the price that I paid

Terribly small and dirty.
Cockroach 🪳 running around in toilet. Had to kill it 😞
Very very small and bad. Not much walking space Cannot complain as there isn't other avail rooms left nearby and it's last minute. Will never ever go there ever again.
Please upgrade and improve on cleanliness of whole place

book for 3 days 2 night and staff dont clean room and change towel also toiletries.cups are dirty and kettle with leftover water. wonder of those good review. will not return again. base to this price there are others offer better service than this. single room small like pathetic. toilet paper also limited.

Good location hotel but I asked for a non smoking room and was given a room with an ashtray. Entire hotel lobby stinks of cigarette smoke. Worse thing was toilet seat cover was not cleaned after the previous guest and has dried urine stains.

Booked one night single bed at 78rm, consider very affordable price with nice and simple room. Basic necessities are provided.
However, to my horror, I realised that I got bitten by bed bugs when wake up the next morning. Both arms got red itchy lumps in line pattern. Told and showed the receptionist my arms, but she only replied me ' thank you '.

stay one night recently but check out the next day couple of issues which I found annoying. 1) the room I was given the floor seem sticky or was not cleaned at all and the bathroom mat was kind of used for months coz it is stained. 2) there was pipe leaking water throughout which was connected to the toilet bowl or something and the sound from the leakage was loud enough to disturb one sleep. my guess is the leakage had probably been there for a while. lastly but not least the bed sheets and its pillow case seem to have a sweat smell to it.

I wanna compliment a staff from JB GS HOTEL named 'Zaini03' if i am not wrong.. We checked in on 01/10/18 3.03am and this guy served us..Firstly,he helped us to park our car as the parking lot was kinda narrow and also help us to tear coupons for our car..Secondly,he is very patient with us as we asked lots of questions and he even tell us the way to the nearest 7-11..Thirdly, this hotel only offers coffee and we asked for tea and he actually opened his own new box of tea and gave us 2 tea bags.. that's really very touching..Lastly,after he had parked our car at the roadside of the hotel,i went in to take something but i forget to off the light at the rear seats we went off to 7-11 and than back to our room and this staff took an effort to come up to our room after 20mins when he realised that car's inner lights was still on just to inform us as he scared we cant start our car tomorrow... He is very thoughtful and friendly .. Really a good staff indeed! Thumbs up for him!
