I’ve never stayed in such a run-down hotel before!
The price isn’t cheap, and I’ve stayed in many places at the same price with much better conditions.
The environment is filthy — the floor was covered with mothballs, and the entire room reeked of a strong mothball smell that made me dizzy and nauseous after staying for a while.
After throwing away the mothballs on the floor, we went out immediately. But when we came back at night, the air conditioner was broken!
Even with the temperature set to 16°C, it still felt hot, and my skin started to itch.
The TV was also broken — there were no channels available at all!

No frills budget hotel, for the budget rate, this hotel is consider pretty value for money. The deluxe queen with window room is small but has all the necessary facilities. Wifi and TV reception is strong, the shower heater is pretty new and water pressure is awesome. There is even a hair dryer provided. Complimentary drinking water, disposable toothbrushes and shower / shampoo gel provided. Only thing which is lacking is the air-conditioning which is abit weak, and need to leave it on for awhile before it cools the room comfortablely.
Overall even though the hotel seems like it needs a facelift it is still pretty value for money at 100-120rm non peak, especially since the location is pretty good, within 5mins walk to plaza pelangi and lots of makan place. Will visit again if on short trip.

I hope they start upgrading their services and the room facilities need to be checked before the guest come to use the accommodation.

Check in 11 pm and disappointed wanna change the room they don't allow us .
They even charge tourist tax wiches in Agoda booking rule doesn't mention about it . every where I'm travelling this is first time hotel asked for tourist tax outside the booking form.

I booked this hotel last minute and requested a quiet room. What I don’t understand is why is it so many mirrors, mirror facing bed with Velcro tape above and below of mirror, hand basin there have mirror while the toilet door also have mirrors. It looks and feels creepy, asked to change room but all rooms fully booked. Asked staff to cover the mirror but he thought is light problem. Asked 2nd time said cannot do anything. Everywhere is dusty, water shower has very small pressure and low water. Dont have hair dryer, terrible quality of towel (towel shedding). 6am plus start to have noisy transport sound, honk somemore. I die die won’t be coming here to stay. Wasted my RM194 for a night. Don’t even know how they got 4 stars on 2023

Toilet ceiling had a massive hole with dirty water leaking out on you while you shower

Tv screen damaged beyond watchability
Would not even stay here if paid to do so. Awful.

There was dandruff on the bed, no TV, moldy towels, and a leaking faucet. We felt it was very unhygienic and itchy all over our bodies. We left immediately and the service staff had a negative attitude.
