not enough seat for peoples to wait outside, they should let passengers waiting inside and make us more conformable for waiting. It's seems they happy when passenger wait with hot weather and smelly fish came from the fish marker neighbors.
You can't buy the ferry ticket the day before departure, any reason why
In queue, first came not first in because malaysian first to in, this country not welcome you to come 😂🤣😅
If you brought your meal to have it on the boat you should consider that they will weigh it and you need to pay any over than 10kg including your baggage.
Until now please don't expect them to change since all the service complained never been listened 😜

Ferry station for people who want to get to Nunukan and Tarakan. They don’t seem to do a direct to Tarakan so you have to go to Nunukan first. If you want to do it all in one day, make sure you get there early (8:30). All pretty easy when you’re there!

Masih adanya group/kelompok tertentu yang didahulukan pada saat antri mau cop paspor.
Harusnya ini tidak terjadi, karena kasihan penumpang yang sudah lebih dulu datang lebih awal untuk antri, tapi bisa dengan seenaknya dipotong oleh group/kelompok yang datangnya lambat & telat karena ada pengurus yang bawa mereka.
Tolong ini lebih diperhatikan agar tidak ada perbedaan-perbedaan saat antri mau cop paspor.
Yang bisa memotong antrian pada saat mau cop paspor mungkin hanya "penumpang VVIP (hanya khusus pejabat yang sangat berwenang)".
Semoga ada perbaikan pelayanan saat mau cop paspor kedepannya, agar kami-kami pendatang/pelancong yang bukan group/kelompok dapat merasa nyaman saat datang dan pulang dari tawau saat mau cop paspor.

you have to buy the ticket for the internatboat from Nunukan Indo to Tawau Malay before 9 am, there is no international boat after that and shut on Sunday. There are 3 company of the boat that you can choose for the good price of the tickets the lowest price we've seen is 250000 rupiah, they all loading passenger the same time.

Desde aquí puedes cruzar a indonesia llegando hasta Nunukan. El precio es 130RM. El ticket se compra aquí en taquilla, abren a las 8. Lo mejor es ir a primera hora a comprar el billete. Desde aquí también puedes ir al sur de Filipinas.

Ferry yang menghantar penumpang yang mau Ke Nunukan dan sebaliknya Nunukan ke Tawau.Ferry agak bersih..tandas masih perlu di naik taraf.
