It was a nice place to stay. They lack a few amenities like no water heater inside the room, but they do provide it at the eatery. It can get crowded during peak season, the queues to get your food can also get long. But all in all, it was worth the price you’re paying.

Dari jeti di Semporna ke Lato Lato Resort mengambil masa 40 minit bergantung pada cuaca juga kuasa bot. Menghayati keindahan laut serta perkampungan yang mengasikkan. Setibanya ke resort ini suasana terasa amat lah mendamaikan ditambah dengan lautan yang tenang. Kami disambut oleh staf dan diberi kunci bilik. Ruang bilik sederhana besar dan kelengkapan serba sederhana. Tanpa tv, almari dan hanya disediakan kipas siling sahaja. Keadaan seluroh resort juga sederhana kerana kurang penyelenggaraan. Terdapat ruang makan bertingkat juga dewan kareoke terbuka. Tapi yang menariknya makanan yang disediakan semua sedap2 belaka. Baik dari sarapan hinggalah ke makan malam. Yang paling sedap pada saya donut dan juga pau goreng yang rangup. Boleh berenang sepuas2nya atau sewa kayak lutsinar dengan bayaran RM50 untuk 45 minit. Atau boleh juga island hoping dipulau2 berhampiran terutama di Bohey Dulang. Tempat wajib pergi untuk hiking kerana pemandangan dari puncak amat cantik sekali. Keseluruhannya saya amat berpuas hati menginap disini. Kalau ada rezeki, ingin saya kembali kesini lagi.

- positives - the place is really nice. There is a great coral reef where you snorkel from the jetty with lots of fish. The view is also very nice. They arranged a snorkeling trip and it went well, even they droped us in Semporna after the trip (we already checked out). It was for a good price.
- negatives - it looks like that it's run by a big family and it feels that you are bothering them. Lots of people, but noone really cares for anything. They are not willing to help, always laying around. For example after arrival the receptionist didn't tell us anything, just gave us a room key and sent us in a direction. We didn't found our room (17) and she was really unpleasant and sent some guy with us to room nr. 7. Also there is a karaoke machine, so it's not quiet. The bathroom was dirty from insect/gecko poo. Cheaper rooms are semi-detached, so you can feel every step of your neighbours. The fan in the room is in 2m height so if you are higher, you probably will hit it, we did 5 times, one was with hand injury. The food served was mostly seafood, so vegetarians will be hungry - buy snacks and beer in Semporna. There is no wifi but you can get decent LTE on mobile. Also the room looks much worse than the pictures.
Overall it is good for the price but it would really help if the staff was nicer.

The staff provided exceptional service. My cousins and I arrived late for dinner, and by then, they had already cleaned up and the trays were empty. However, the staff kindly asked us to wait for 20 minutes, and to our surprise, they prepared and served us a full course meal, even bringing all the food trays upstairs. It truly felt like we had our own private dining experience. We apologized multiple times, but they kept reassuring us that it was fine🥹 We even enjoyed the drinks all to ourselves. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality

Secara keseluruhannya Lato2 Resort memang terbaik Dan value for money untuk kami sekeluarga berlima bagi 3H 2M. Tapi tak yah la berurusan dengan admin ni, terlalu lambat balas message n servis agent/admin ni teruk sangat. Kalau nk direct la dengan resort terus.

The view was amazing! Really loved it. Response on WhatsApp was a bit slow though. Food was okay, not bad. The receptionist could work on being more friendly, but the other staff were super helpful. Overall, I had a good stay and enjoyed my time here.

En una ubicación preciosa aunque aislada en medio del mar, no se puede salir a no ser que contrates un Tour. El personal consigue hacer la estancia desagradable, porque son muy sucios, antipáticos, y está todo muy decadente. Pedimos que arreglasen el lavabo y no lo hicieron. En cinco días no vinieron a limpiar, y ya estaba sucio al entrar. Había cucarachas en la habitación. Una experiencia desagradable nada recomendable. No hay Wifi en todo el hotel
